Better Life Maids

I have tried a few housekeeping companies. most are just in a hurry to get out the door and superficial at best. Better Life Maids is the best. Their thoroughness, professionalism, quality of work and friendliness of the ladies is remarkable. They are well worth every penny. The ladies are super nice and helpful. I feel at ease with them in my house.

I work 9-5 and do not want to spend my weekends and evenings cleaning. Can't overestimate saying what a great feeling when you have a really clean house. Thank you Better Life Maids.

Very unimpressed with the quality of the work. The "deep clean" service I paid for was just wiping up surfaces sweep mop vacuum very standard things. The term "deep clean" is used very, VERY loosely. EDIT: someone form the company reached out to me and sent a new person over to refinish my house. NOW i am very pleased with the results. thank you for the quick response! Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

I used Better Life Maids on a regular schedule before COVID. I suspended for a cpl years. Now I am starting up again for regular service. I have been traveling so my home needed a deep clean The service was excellent. I look forward to my regular service being reinstated! Service: Deep clean

I am extremely pleased with the work the ladies did. It wasn't easy for them as we were in the middle of home renovations and still had quite a bit of unpacking and organizing to do but they really worked very hard. Both my sister (who does not compliment people very often) and I both commented that this house has not been this clean since my parents moved in to a brand new home in 1986. I highly recommend Better Life Maids. You won't be disappointed.

I've been using Better Live Maids about 6 months now and I consider it the best money I've ever spent. That being said, the website states you should more often than not have the same cleaning tech. I have, i think, had the same tech once in 12+ cleanings. I know there is a labor shortage, etc. but maybe think of removing that from your website if it's no longer the case.

This likely wouldn't bother me except the cleaning from one tech to the next can be drastically different. My past cleaning several things were not done well, spots from contact solution left all over desk, just discovered my trash has been in the back hallway for a week and a half (I'm sure my neighbors loved that!), items on my windowsill haven't been moved to clean in several weeks, etc. As I said, overall I'm happy but I definitely wish there was a more consistent clean.

Hired them about a year ago. Gave them a shot for about a year. Wouldn't request to come back. Only did bare minimum cleaning. Wont clean behind tv/couch unless asked prior to cleaning. Never sends same person either. Looking to form a trustworthy relationship between me and my cleaning helper. Doesn't do dishes or help with basic task unless asked ahead of time and charges extra for both.

I have been very happy with the service provided by Better Life Maids. They have been very flexible when we need to change our schedule and I absolutely love coming home to a clean house. They were great, until they weren't. My regular cleaning person did an amazing job! I was thrilled with her work every week. Last week they sent a replacement and she somehow damaged my kitchen counter top. I submitted a damage report with pictures, and they refused to acknowledge it was their fault. The damage wasn't there when I left my house that morning, and their cleaner was the only person in the house until I got home from work.

Unfortunately their refusal to acknowledge the damage that their cleaner caused is a deal breaker for me. Causing the damage is not a huge deal, if they took responsibility for it. But since they didn't, I had to cancel services and I can not recommend them.

We have been using Better Life Maids for several months. Every single person that has come to clean has been very pleasant and hardworking. They are open to suggestions if needed, but usually they know exactly what to do. I have used other cleaning companies over the years, but none of them had ladies of this caliber. Pleasant trustworthy, and efficient.

I am SO PLEASED with my cleaning! Jolea and Myieesha worked so hard and left everything looking amazing. They even cleaned the ceiling fans! I would highly recommend.

Nice cleaning crew, but I later noticed some things were missed. I had inside the fridge cleaned, but the top of the fridge itself wasn't. The backsplash in the kitchen hadn't been wiped down. Someone was mopping my hardwood floors and I asked what type of cleaner it was- I was told it was water. Another member of the crew stepped in and said it was a solution the company provides. Okay, then.

My place was completely empty when they cleaned it, so I expected the deep clean to include washing things like 1. tile 2. top of the fridge. I'm not the type to stand over people and give directions - I expect the employees of a service I'm paying for to know how to perform their job duties. Show me what you can do. Should I give them a second chance? I'm not sure.

We've been using Better Life Maids for a few months and have consistently been very happy with their work. Melody has been our cleaner a few times now, and she does an excellent job. Even with our menagerie of pets and both me and my husband working from home, she is efficient, considerate, and highly professional. We appreciate the COVID safety precautions they have put in place, and love the fact that they use green chemicals and reusable cleaning materials.

We have an opportunity to provide feedback after every cleaning, and while we've had no issues, I have no doubt they would immediately address any concerns we might raise. Would not hesitate to recommend Better Life Maids to others.

Absolutely horrible job! Waste of money. Even the essentials weren't done. House didnt smell clean. Crumbs still under the table. Cobwebs in the corners. Forgot about an entire bathroom. Still lots of hairs in the tub they did clean. I wont ever have them over again. Took me a month or more to write this post but I thought others should know.

Rebecca and Sarah with Better Life are great! I finally felt like my house was clean when they left. And I so appreciate not having to worry about what they are using to clean. Thank you!

We bought a home in St Louis that had been unoccupied for about three years. I called Better Life Maids and in one afternoon, they made that house look brand new. Both my wife and I were impressed with the two ladies that did the job not only because they worked hard, but they were both very personable. We will be using them in the future.

Better Life Maids came on Friday for my first cleaning. I was home so that I could introduce them to my dogs. I was nervous because my pets are very important to me. The young women (Team 7) came in and I could immediately tell that they were dog people! They greeted my puppies with affection and I knew by watching the interaction that my dogs would be ok when the team came in the future while I was at work.

They also set me at ease with regard to the cleaning service. They were friendly but also professional. And when they left my house was fantastic! I am so glad I have decided to use them so that I can spend my weekends doing other things instead of cleaning!

Lacy was fantastic! We came home to a spotless, perfectly clean living space. It made our week! She even folded our bathroom and kitchen towels in a decorative manner., Each time Better Life Maids comes to clean our apartment, we are absolutely delighted. First, they clean much better than we could ever dream of cleaning. Second, they tidy everything up nicely so when you first walk in your home is in order. Finally, every one is friendly and kind, and they work around our cat. You could not ask for more, seriously, hire them!

I had such a great experience with Rebecca and Sarah. I live with animals and no matter how much I clean, there's always pet hair somewhere. Not after these two cleaned my house! I came home to an immaculate place and was thrilled. I can't wait to have them back!

Rebecca and Sarah are fantastic. We've used many cleaning organizations before and this was one of the best cleans that we've ever had. Better Life Maids, in general, is one of the most consistent cleaning organizations that we've used and I would definitely recommend them.

They get 2 stars because the cleaning team was friendly and courteous. That's as good as it gets. Basic things were not done: -bathroom vanities'tops were not cleaned -bases of toilets were not cleaned -chair rail was not wiped -dining chairs were not thoroughly dusted -top of refrigerator not wiped, as promised The crew was very kind but it seems they are stretched too thin. Went through the house too quickly. Will not use again. Owner's response when contacted was less than satisfactory. She didn't even apologize for poor service.

BLM has cleaned our home for more than a year. In that time we've had quite a few different teams clean our home. Today we had the best duo we've ever had. Rebecca and Dee left our home spotless. I'm probably the pickiest person I know so, for me to say this is meaningful. The team took care to leave the floors streak free, fold the edge of the paper towels, literally polish the entire bathroom and left the whole house smelling fresh and clean.

From my observation, it appeared that they really enjoyed their work. There was an authentic team oriented approach from the moment they walked in the door so, having them in our home was a pleasure. This is the only reason I've deducted a star is that we have also had less than stellar teams By less than stellar, I'm not implying poor, just below average.

Certainly no where close to the A-team we had today. If I owned this franchise, I would encourage the entire staff to emulate Dee and Rebeca in every way. I have requested that they send this dynamic duo exclusively. If this request is granted, I will happily raise my rating from 4 to 5 stars. :

They were excellent! Our house looks spotless. And for the price it was well worth it. All the cleaners were courteous and nice and they made sure we were comfortable with what they were cleaning. I will definitely be utilizing their services again.

I am very happy with Better Life Maids. I have been using them in my home for many years and I also call on them when I have home sellers that need a move out clean. They are very easy to schedule, show up on time and get in and out in a timely manner leaving my home sparkling.

Connie is a good team leader. She assigns the jobs to her team efficiently and everyone goes to their particular position. They use their time well and supply all material and equipment to do the job.

I had such a great first experience with Better Life Maids. They were on time, friendly, efficient and stayed within the cleaning time frame. They cleaned parts of my house I didn't know could be clean! I also appreciate the eco-friendliness and that my house smelled clean without being overpowering. It was worth every penny and I will be calling again soon- I'm hooked.
