This is our 3rd pool project. Being long-time residents of South Florida, we know it can be difficult finding an honest and reliable contractor. For this project, we initially requested quotes from 5 different companies, looking at previous reviews, price, scheduling and our comfort level with each company. That's why we chose Mike and Bella Pools of South Florida because he stood out head and shoulders above the other companies in each area. Mike put us at ease, answering all our questions, clearly explained the process and scheduling to complete our project.

Once the project was started, we were very pleased with Marvin and the team that installed the travertine and replaced the pool tiles. They were very conscientious, made suggestions and cleaned up after themselves each day. The crew that refinished the pool was also excellent. They showed up when expected, worked efficiently, and we can't stress this enough, cleaned up everything, leaving only the hose filling our beautiful newly refinished pool.

Mike and the team did an amazing job with the new tiles and refinishing the pool. In spite of the challenges that Covid has created with supply chain delays on materials, Bella was on point with price, delivery and execution. Bella pools did a fantastic job remodeling my pool. They removed all the old loose Diamond Brite, installed new tiles and mosaics and then installed new Diamond Brite. Bella pools was very respectful of my property and cleaned up every day. Mike the owner came by a few times each day to oversee the job. Mike is very personable and very professional. We met with at least 15-20 other companies & did lots of research before we made our decision. We really enjoyed working with Mike ( the owner). We had so many questions before and during this process and never once did he seem bothered or unable to explain something with full detail.

It was really comforting to know the owner was so involved and always available. He was constantly on site making sure things were running smooth. Mike & his crew work very fast and efficient. Marvin ( travertine & tile guy) is very knowledgeable and on top of everything. They showed up early every Single day didn't waste any time at all. Mike from Bella Pools was great to work with and really ensured our vision of transforming our pool area was realized. The overall result came out better than we could have imagined!
