I just had Adam out to my house (early!) Big points with me as nobody is ever where they are supposed to be and people do not keep their word. I have been flaked on by multiple other companies. He did an excellent job explaining everything and what to expect. I actually used this company last year for bees, wasps and hornets as well and remember wishing I had called sooner!

What they use is extremely effective and the results have been immediate in my experience. Exactly what you want when dealing with a pest issue! Oh and their services come with a guarantee so there really is no risk of being stuck with whatever you're dealing with. An excellent company to work with.

I was impressed by the prompt email response I received to all my questions. Javier arrived on time and gave me a quick Cliff Notes (am I dating myself?) review of the life and habits of paper wasps. He did the treatment and even went the extra mile to take a look into my attic to ease my mind that nothing was nesting there. The price was reasonable and a 30 day guarantee. I would use them again if needed.

I found Beeline through a Groupon for indoor/outdoor pest extermination. When I called to set up the appointment the lady who answered was very friendly and professional, she explained their services (which I found to be way cheaper, even without the Groupon, than most other exterminators). Lucky for me, they had an appointment available the very next day.

I just had Javier show up to my house; 5 minutes after the start of the 2 hour window (I was given a window from 10-12 and he showed up at 10:05). He was very friendly and courteous. He explained what he would be doing and was very thorough. I definitely enjoyed this experience and I signed up for the quarterly sprays (which I found to be a minimum of $30 cheaper than other exterminators). I highly recommend them.

Javier was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, precessional and got the job done. It's beyond gross to have mice in your home and he knows exactly how to take care of those rodents! We have used Beeline to service two of our homes now and they do an excellent job. Service: Rodent extermination

I must give Carlos the pest technician an outstanding review. He is very thorough when doing his pest inspection. He makes sure that he is going to solve the problem. Eric and Adam were very professional! Eric did a great job of explaining the process that they were going to use to resolve our problem. Eric was awesome, came over to our place and was incredibly knowledgeable. Helped us with education and step by step what they do to rid of mice. Signed up for their yearly program for every 3 month check ups as well. Highly recommend them.

We have been with Beeline for about three years now. Anytime we've had a problem in-between our quarterly sprays they come out and take care of it in a timely manner. The staff that come out are knowledgeable and friendly. We've recently worked a lot with Eric Pantuso, and have been so happy with him coming out to our home. He seems to really care and want to fix any issues we've seen, specifically with mice and grasshoppers. He's eliminated our grasshopper problem, and we feel confident he'll be able to get the mice problem under control.

Cannot give this company higher recommendations. They are exceptionally competitive in terms of price and stick to their word/obligations. When the yellow jackets were not completely eradicated in the first application, they came back without any hesitancy and performed the second application without additional cost. And have to say, our man, Carlos, was simply the best: knowledgeable, user-friendly, and diligent. Was not in a rush and did a very complete assessment of our issues. If all personnel are like Carlos, this organization is truly golden. Will never use another company for this type of service. Huge kudos your way.

The first time I used beeline they were pretty good and resolved the issue. At least I thought so. When i saw another mouse I called them and had to pay again since it had been past 90 days. I called and the women who answered took down all my info. I asked for them to call or text me before they came out. They came out but did not call because they were going off different paperwork or something and did not have current number.

When i saw the note they left on the door I called to see if technician could come back. It took them hours to respond back to me. When they finally called back they were unwilling to come out and had no respect for customer service nor towards me of calling me and keeping me informed if they had gotten a hold of technician. I refuse to give my money or use these companies that cant simply keep you informed.

Will look elsewhere, One call to keep me posted would have done it but no they just blew me off and wanted to reschedule. If they would have simply had the courtesy to call me back within ten minutes like they said they would i might have been willing to reschedule but no they only called back when they felt like it, Keep your word and integrity Beeline.

I have been using Beeline for a couple of years now on a quarterly basis. They have never once been late or cancelled an appointment (which is why I switched from another company to begin with), their prices are competitive, and they are always super friendly.

Matt was fantastic! Showed up right on time, got right down to business, and was pleasant and polite. Too soon to tell how effective it's been--he only left about twenty minutes ago--but it's been a painless and pleasant experience.

I received a call that they're available early. Beeline is great, my Groupon was applied without any problems and the young gentlemen was friendly and kept a smile on his face. I haven't seen any of the critters since he came out to spray.

Professional, courteous, effective and efficient. I really enjoy our quarterly visit with Casey. He is such a great guy and is respectful and careful with our home and belongings. He also has a great sense of humor, and is informative when we have any questions or concerns, Also, if they give you a window of time that they will arrive, they are ALWAYS here!
