We highly recommend BD's Hardwood Floors Inc. We are very pleased with the quality of their service. We had new floors laid and older ones refinished. Both are beautiful.

I'm sure the service is great, but the initial communication was so poor that it seemed best to move on. Tried submitting an estimate request through their website. No reply for days, not even an automated "We received your request" response to let me know it even made it to them. About a day after, I got a reply in the form of a single line of text of a quality you'd expect from a Twitter DM, not a professional correspondence: No letterhead, no signature.

I felt the need to verify that the email was legitimate, not that of some scammer who managed to stand up a fake store website. I sent a reply email immediately, accepting their proposed day and offering a large block of time in which they could pen me in for an estimate. I received no response, which left me looking out the window all Tuesday wondering if their estimator would arrive during one of my business meetings.

They didn't show, and there was no attempt to contact me for a reschedule. I took the initiative the next day to call them and get the reschedule, but alas, the voicemail box was full. I'm sure this is all a sign of the company getting a flood of business, but effective communication via email has been an essential business skill for over fifteen years, and many prefer this method over antiquated games of phone tag. For your sake, look into this.

The utmost professionalism with pristine, precise, punctual work ethics. A true gem to find. The entire staff is a joy to do business with, flexible, and a good sport about this storm we've just had. I highly recommend. 5 star quality.

BD'S did our whole downstairs with hard wood flooring in 2012 and did a superb job at reasonable price. 5 years later look as good as ever.

Can't say enough about the service I received from BD's Hardwood Floors. Brian came out and gave me an estimate. Brian's was not the least expensive, but I felt the quality of the job would be better.

Can't say enough about the service I received from BD's Hardwood Floors. Brian came out and gave me an estimate. Brian's was not the least expensive, but I felt the quality of the job would be better. Brian told me it would take three days. The other two contractors were going to get the job done in a day. When I asked how long I could expect the finish to last, Karen from BD's told me that its been 10 years since her floors were done, she has high traffic and the floors still look good.

The other's said maybe five years. The price difference in the three quotes I received was nominal, but the quality of work is why I chose to contract with Brian. Brian and his crew were here when he said he would be on each of the days. They put up plastic to keep the dust from floating through the house from the sanding. He put one coat of stain and three coats of poly. I love my new floor.
