Beware of this company. Would not recommend them at all. Their performance from start to finish was way below par from high quotes (50-100% higher) measurements of the countertops to installation follow up;did not asked about my preference for clearance on the sink. Leaving a noticeable lip over the sink; improper installation of sink, breakfast bar and unpolished edges, lack of caulking and followup on repairs did not rectify the poor workmanship after two return visits and failed to return calls. Failed to deal in good faith on pricing from start to finish.

I took my mother to Bath, Kitchen, & Tile at her contractor's suggestion. We were able to schedule an appointment with Christina and she took us to see a selection of granite countertops. Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable and there was a huge selection. My mother made her selection and Christina will communicate her choice to the contractor. We were both very please with the experience and the showroom and selection is all beautiful.

I would NOT recommend this place at all. After my initial interview with my designer, Kristin Marks, it took a week or so to get in contact with her again to finalize details. Then she screwed up my work order of a double vanity which arrived with two asymmetrical cabinets and only one of them prepared for its sink. Well. five months later and I'm still waiting for the drawer that is supposed to fit the second sink.
She never returned my calls. Their customer service is terrible. The lady at the front desk doesn't care and doesn't really want to help you. She is just there to transfer calls to a voicemail.

Jane, Ashley, and Crystal are very knowledgeable about cabinets and tile. I found each saleslady to be very friendly, courteous and caring. These ladies go above and beyond to achieve the look for your home. They listen well to needs and concerns. What an Excellent experience I had with Meredith Wirosloff. Very attentive to my needs for clear details and her ability to change our perspectives as our opinions were never quite made up. Very rude staff. Went in, heaven forbid, without an appointment. Just wanted to inquire about making an appointment with a designer, and to take a look around for ideas. Both females working were sitting doing nothing. Neither would give me the time of day and were simply rude! I have now wasted five minutes of my life that I will never get back. I can take my full kitchen, bar, and three bathroom renovation to someone who will actually show some respect and kindness.

My husband and I visited this store this morning looking for a custom vanity for our bathroom. The staff was incredibly arrogant and degrading. We were dressed in our workout clothes and the receptionist and sales rep judged us immediately as if we should be shopping at Walmart for a vanity instead of a custom design. Don't waste your money here! There are two wonderful cabinet stores near by; we highly recommend them both--Kenwood Kitchens and Design and Wholesale Cabinet Distributors--outstanding customer service.

We came in today to get some ideas and pricing on countertops and back splashes. Felicia in the front didn't greet us with a "hello" or "how can I help you?" or a smile. We just began browsing around with no direction or an affirmation that she'd help us when needed. We brought up some Quartz to get some pricing for it, and she had no idea. Useless people, useless place. Will be going elsewhere for our kitchen remodel. Just don't bother.

You worked with us, very patiently, with picking out materials for the cabinets, backsplash, countertops, etc. You faxed us the final schedule from the drafting dept. and I've never seen a schedule adhered to so efficiently as with BKT. It was very impressive. You did an absolutely fabulous job. I have already recommended you to several others and speak of BKT very highly.

I ordered some panels from Bath, Kitchen & Tile center and when they arrived the color was not what I expected. I brought them in and discussed the issue with the sales person and the Manager. After some comparisons of the colors the manager decided to refund the amount paid not knowing if he would get his money back from the vendor.
