We hired BM Wemple for weekly pool service after Atlas completed our pool. Unfortunately, week after week the pool guy would spend a few minutes checking chemicals and then leave. He didn't brush or vacuum the pool even after we requested he do so. He didn't clean the filter and sometimes not even the skimmer. We literally paid $160 for weekly chemical checks.

We brought this up repeatedly to management and they never returned our calls or emails. I'm still waiting for a response to my latest phone call and email about getting a refund for services NOT performed. I have photos and securit video proof of this. After the awful experience with Atlas, we should have known better. We have since moved to a new pool company (who charges $40 less/month!) and they are awesome. They have an app and send pictures/recap of each weekly service. Don't waste your money with this company.

Very professional service provider. When I called them about an issue with our heater that they could not help me with they were kind enough to refund me the cost of the visit. - FYI if you are having issues with your pool heater that are HVAC in nature they cannot assist you.

We've been customers for many years. I have 2 pools that they service one that they built. In the last month I've had both pumps replaced to the cost of almost $5000 1 of the pumps the breaker keeps tripping I had an appointment Monday they called and said they weren't coming until Tuesday. Tuesday they just didn't show up, today Wednesday again no show we were told they were coming between 12 and 2 and then after 2 that they were coming at 4 it's now after 5 o'clock nobody's come, no one's calling. 3 days in a row no show for service.

I'm super frustrated I don't want to have to find a new pool company I just want my equipment to work and I want them to do what they promise. My pool is cloudy has no chlorine and it's slimy I've practically begged them to come.

We had this company install our pool which also in turn means they do any service issues. We called about a technical issue with the panel. A week later they texted (no phone call) saying a technician was on their way. They didn't even know what the issue was since no one ever bothered to call!

The only reason I'm giving a five star review is because of the new pool tech Brandon. He does what needs to be done and is very polite. There were some techs in the past who had no idea what they were doing. Hoping that they continue to hire more "Brandon's"

Brandon rocks! BM Wemple pools has been cleaning my pool since it was new, about 5 years now. We've had some issues with various pool guys. and they can change fairly often. I'm leaving this review now because we currently have a great pool guy! Brandon consistently does a great job with our pool. He comes at the same time every week, cleans well and never leaves a mess (with leaves, mud, etc.)

Atlas built our pool five years ago. We could not be happier with the quality and service we received throughout the entire installation. We use their pool service on a weekly basis. We found the service men professional and reliable. If there is any change in schedules we are promptly notified. We have recommended Atlas to many people.

We had our pool and spa heater go out and BM Wemple were extremely helpful and quick on ordering a new one. Everything was expedited efficiently and professionally and we were very happy with the product and great service!

I was struggling to get any pool company to come out to my house and fix my loud pool pump until I called B M Wemple Pools. Within a week, they came out and replaced the pump motor to solve the problem at a reasonable price. They were very professional and responsive. Thank you B M Wemple Pools! Atlas built our pool 12 years ago and did a wonderful job. BM Wemple has performed the weekly service for 12 years and has also done a wonderful job and the pool is always crystal clear and clean. Whenever there have been missteps, the office has fixed it quickly. The only issue is my beach entry finish chipped and cracked more than 2 years ago (long before Covid) and I can't get them to send someone out to fix it (I'm paying for it--not a warranty issue). I need someone to send out the finish sub-K to fix the beach entry. Other than that, amazing service for 12 years.

Was referred to several companies for my pool upon moving to Florida. Have found BM wemple to be reliable and professional. Find their communication to be timely and what I appreciate is that they will notify you with changes on your pool. Have them performing weekly cleanings and additionally have had them replace our pump and timers. Prompt responsiveness and quality work thus far. Competitive pricing as well.

I used this company for almost two years and hardly ever had the same person twice. On many occasions I found my pool with algae in it and when I purchased chemicals to treat it myself they would not credit those costs. Eventually, they just started no showing on service and just said they were understaffed. While they did credit for the missed week, they would not cover my cost to purchase chemicals to treat in the interim. This company has too many pools to service and therefore has no care about customer service as your just a number to them.

There is no other way to put this except BMWemple is terrible. look elsewhere for service. The customer service and management sucks. The office staff sucks and the pool technicians also suck. You finally get a tech that does a great job and they always end up quitting. This scenario has happened so many times They should spend more time on good employee retention instead of pushing new sales contracts. Your just a number with these guys. 0 stars if we could.

We recently purchased a new Pentair Master Temp 400 heater from BM Wemple pools. Our experience with the office personnel, especially Logan Underwood for the purchase process, and John for the installation was outstanding. Installation itself was outstanding and included removal of old heater, replumbing of the water flow PVC lines and electrical rewiring to receive the new unit. in the last three weeks we finally had weather temp drops that supported three heated spa experiences.

The unit performed beautify and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa time - mimosas included. I would rate this business experience at 5 stars and will continue to do business with BM Wemple Pools.

We have been using BM Wemple Pools for 3 years to do weekly cleaning and chemicals as well as the annual service, and have been very happy with their service and their communication when they need to change their schedule. We recently had a heater that wasn't working properly and they were very quick to come out and repair it and when another part was needed they were back within a week with the part. Highly recommend them!

So had to further update my terrible ongoing experience. They finally call me back after my last review and set up an appointment to come out. Well they didn't show up on the day scheduled but did come the day after and fortunately I was home! He ordered some parts and about 3 weeks later I call to find out a status and then they come to put the parts in but a different tech tells me these are the wrong parts and orders something else.

So then on the third visit the first tech shows back up and after looking at the next parts that were ordered says it doesn't look like these were needed either. After about an hour he comes and tells me nothing was ever wrong with my heater he just had to turn a valve on and he should have checked that the first time! Now they are billing me $400 for parts I never needed!

Just hired them recently to maintain our pool. They seemed like a great bunch of folks. My main request was that I am informed when someone is coming into the yard. I asked for this on three separate occasions, each time the request was ignored. On the last instance they lowered the water level on the pool below the skimmer but left the skimmer enabled!

Since no one told me they were coming, I immediately assumed something had gone terribly wrong with the pool. Meanwhile I didn't realize that they had also left my back gate open. My dog took that as his queue to escape.

If there was an option for zero stars I'd give them that. I signed a pool contract back in December and was promised pool would be completed by June 1st. Here we are approaching September and pool isn't close to being completed. I'm tired of hearing materials are back ordered because all my materials have been sitting in my yard for months. 2 neighbors have pool construction completed and they started months after me.

They are anything but responsive when you try and contact them. I was told this company was professional and reputable. I'd build my own pool before I'd call Atlas Pools. They had to re do multiple parts of pool because it wasn't done right. When materials were finally ordered they didn't order enough. I've been plenty patient with this company. I'm tired of looking at a hole in the ground!

I've been asked by multiple people if I can refer a pool company to them. I start by telling them stay away from Atlas at all costs. They are good at taking your money and that's about it. I'm sure they will be quick to respond to this review with a ton of excuses as well

Nope, never showed up, never rescheduled missed appointment. any conversations they had about the issue were internal certainly not with me. After initially paying them $99.00 for the first visit they required an additional $35.00 fee for the 4th visit which I did not pay because they did not fix the issue and after not showing up for the that visit they did manage to send me a second request for payment of the the $35.00 for the failed setting of the digital pump timer.

They never gave me a full months service and kept rescheduling. You will have to call to see if anyone actually shows up for your service. I decided to cancel since I never knew if they came or not unless I called. They said they would service for the last month. The new company started today and said I quote "There was no chlorine. Calcium hardness was a little low, ph was a little high. Corrected all. The filter was very dirty" Unbelievable, you gotta be kidding me. Again this is why I canceled and I do not recommend them.

3 stars for trying 1 for ability I bought and plumbed a new pool pump myself. I had trouble getting it to prime and I called them. they didn't do anything I hadn't done a doz times but in a couple minutes it was running and I had them move on to setting the attached digital timer then the fun began. After the first two visits it would never shut off, after the third visit it would shut off between 3 and 5 pm for 2 hours and run for 22 hours. Calling them back again, I paid had them $99.00 after the first visit and when the 4th visit was scheduled they felt compelled to charge me a 35 $ service call which I haven't paid.

Because when he left a week ago Monday his words " It should come on 9/9:30 in the morning and run for 6 hours ". Again it never shut off, after a couple of days I shut it off and for the sake of it pushed the mode button in the morning and sure enough about 9 am it cranked up but again never shut off. 06/30/21 a no show for a scheduled appointment, because I didn't pay the bill or because they are too embarrassed to show up? I've been shutting it off manually for more than a month, what fun.

We started our progress in April and finalized the end of May. they didn't start building until last week of August & filled it the week of Thanksgiving. in that 7 month process. this company has been less than customer focused, everything is an excuse. A project manager that wanted to argue with you when you asked him a question. I guess it was having a tough time. he quit smoking and drinking so he decided he to take it out on his customers.

When I've emails the owner last week and copied several Atlas people his response to his team was, " will someone respond to this gentlemen, and not even address ME or my concerns, or even an apology, I guess It bothered him that i sent him an email. 30 days after they have received all their money and filled the pool. I still have a pile of dirt in my back yard, plaster on my tiles, uneven finish in pool, unpainted pool deck, and nothing but excuses.

Their response to the wavy, pitted pool floor is "In regards to the uneven finish that is normal because it is a hand applied product it is impossible for them to get that perfectly flat" When they came to turn on the pool, we pointed out to the guy that there was white plaster all over the tiles and he said, " You can scrape them off with a putty knife" Hello, that's what i paid you 60K for. the automated equipment we purchased from them, he said you don't need to worry about that.

Their Customer service manager Cameron talks down to you. not a person in their organization can or will apologize or take ownership of any of their mistakes It appears it is not in their DNA. I really liked the sales Rep, he was a really nice guy, but I guess they accept crappy craftsmanship and mediocre results.

Called B M Wemple to replace a salt cylinder. Pool was working great. They installed the salt cylinder and on their way out they rang the door bell and said "By the way, the mother board went down and needs to be replaced." Pool was fully functional when they arrived. Sent quotes for $5,000. Asked to have the mother board restored to the condition it was in when they arrived. Refused to split the cost to get it functioning. Won't return calls. 3 WEEKS LATER, they answer the calls only to say the part was delayed, they can't find it, all BS. We are sitting here with standing green water and mosquitos. How are these people still in business?

Note that they never contacted us to let us know they were coming 11/2, didn't show 11/2, was supposed to show 11/3 between 10-2 after we contacted them again NO SHOW! Called again today 11/4 and stated once again that they were coming today. I'm not holding my breath. The excuse this time was that when they opened the part box, the box was empty & didn't have the part. Would've been good to know but I call BS. To be continued.

This company is terrible. I paid for weekly cleaning and maintenance and they never seemed to actually clean. Here are photos of my "clean" pool a day after the service guy came. Not only is it somehow more dirty than when they began but, there was a pile of some substance left on the edge of the spa. Perfect for my 2 year old daughter to go play with.

One week I had someone fill in for the normal guy and he said it looked like the filter hadn't been cleaned in months. Go anywhere else, there are plenty of better options.

Can not recommend B.M. WEMPLE pools enough! Not only is their customer service top notch, but their work is the best around. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pool. It has never looked better and B.M WEMPLE has always stayed consistent with their work! We’ve finally found our forever pool maintenance company!

BMWemple have been servicing my pool for 4 weeks. They took over from All Seasons Pools and it's never looked worse. Stains all over and a general lack of pride in their finished product. Then today one of my valves was damaged whilst the tech was here. bMW now want to charge me for the repair and cannot even have a technician out till next week. Nope and Good bye.

Signed a contract with BM Wemple Pools to resurface my existing pool on March 28. After 3 site visits and numerous phone calls, demo began on June 14th with less than a day notice. They showed up unexpectedly the day before but could not gain access. On June 21 the tile install started which went swiftly. No activity since then so I'm sitting 3+ weeks in prime swimming season with an empty, unfinished pool.

The office cannot answer any questions and refer you to the project manager who doesn't return calls or texts. Pat, the salesman never once returned a phone call. Seems to me they subcontract out every step of the project so you may as well just sub it out yourself. Having had a pool resurfaced at a previous home, this project should be 3-4 days max. Beyond disappointed and urge you to reconsider if contemplating using BM Wemple Pools.

This company is to be avoided! They charge you for weekly maintenance, yet if and when the tech shows up, he merely does a walk through. Then, when you alert them as to problems (and even when you send them pictures and videos of the obvious problems), they deny it and blame the customer. Once I had another company take over my pool, they couldn't believe the terrible shape it was in and the overall state of neglect from this company.

Horrible customer service. Woman on the phone was rude. We called because the item they repaired wasn't in fact repaired, and when we brought it to their attention they wanted to charge us $100 service call and $65 for every half hour. when they didn't fix the issue to begin with. Poor way to run a company!

Do not walk, RUN from this company! I need an estimate for solar panel installation. Have waited for almost 5 months. I called twice again this month and finally pinned down an appointment time. When appointment passed, I called and was informed they didn't have my number and needed to cancel. Now the estimator is going on vacation and can't make a new appointment for another 2 weeks. Very disappointed with this unprofessional company.

Highly disappointed! Have made several futile attempts to contact this business and never received a callback. Was even promised that someone would be out to assess the pool repair/renovation. Guess business must be good that they can walk away from a $2000 repair. I fell that I should not have to BEG for their business. Do not recommend.

Owner is very nice, as are the three/four different pool cleaners that we have dealt with in the past (except the first one. that we refer to as the summer of the yellow pool). The office staff needs work. They don't communicate well. The misquote things, change rules, rechange rules, and then just do what they want. Only way to get it solved is to deal with the owner. which I don't want to do, as I prefer not to make 5 phone calls to make one simple request. I just want my pool cleaned. Will find a new service and make sure all prices are accurate and not given out "by mistake".
