Locally owned business who takes great care of their customers and has loyal customers. I've been patronizing this business for over a decade. We have ordered a custom safety cover with installation requirements for the permanent anchors and never had an issue with the quality of their work. I have replaced the liner in my in ground pool through this company and they installed it and there happened to be a manufacturing flaw (not B&G's error).
They did all of the negotiating with the manufacturer and performed the removal and reinstallation with the utmost professionalism addressing details that surfaced along the way to be sure that any structural maintenance was addressed while the liner was absent. These people make going to the store to get your regular supplies something to look forward to rather than just an extra chore. Every employee that I've had contact with is knowledgeable and able to explain the product lines and how and why your chemicals work (if you want to know.)

I called to see if they could install a blower pump that I purchased online and they unfortunately couldn't provide that service or refer me to anyone that could. Anyone have any recommendations as to who does help with spa part repairs? I mean if you are a spa/pool specialist shouldn't you be able to provide these type services or make a recommendation as to who can if you for some reason are not willing to do so? After all this is your line of work and special skill set.

We buy our spa supplies at B&G and got help with some DIY maintenance and repairs on our spa (even though we did not buy our spa there). Great service, great products and very knowledgeable staff. Several times they pointed us to a better, lower-cost solution when they could have sold us a more expensive product. Highly recommended.
