Sprinkler / irrigation repair

We perform a full line of sprinkler/irrigation repairs. We can fix anything from a simple emitter on an irrigation line to broken pipes. We do it all! Don't hesitate to ask us if you have something that is not working properly and we will diagnose and fix it as fast as we can.

Winter / Summer Seeding

We offer customers seeding options as well. Our process is pretty simple actually. First, we choose what season it to determine what type of seed we will put down. Once this is done, we begin the preparation process. We will dethatch the yard to make sure all of the old grass is cut down and the thatch is removed.

Tree Trimming

We trim trees to your desire. We can either raise the tree from the bottom, thin the tree out, or just clean it up in general. With most tree trimming, there is a hauling cost associated. We recommend tree trimming prior to monsoon season to decrease the chances of tree damage to property.

Planting

We also offer planting to our customers as well. If we already maintenance your property, we can plant a small quantity of plants at no charge. If you are looking for a major planting or completely changing something, we only charge our cost for the plants to you so we can pass the savings on to you. There is a labor fee for planting and adding adequate water supply lines.

Maintenance

Report

Includes trimming all hedges/ground cover at property, full property clean up, grass cutting (if applicable), a weed control, and keeping trees trimmed off of the house. Regular maintenance can either be weekly, bi weekly, monthly, or bi monthly. We recommend that for yards with grass, you choose either weekly or bi weekly.
