Zero stars would be better. They ignored our request for a quote, did not respond to contact day of, forced us into paying $370 when they initially said $280, and then ruined my stereo system. I have a 2 minute recording of their manager repeatedly accusing me of doing the damage myself and refusing to make things right. I'm looking at $1k worth of repairs. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

TERRIBLE! I paid $165 plus a $20 tip for a first time cleaning on what was to be a recurring monthly service. I was told it would take 3 hours. The maid arrived on time and started to leave after 90 minutes. I paid extra for windows and baseboards that was not done so the maid came back in and left 25 minutes later after supposedly completing this.

I then did a walk through - 1/2 the windows and baseboards were not cleaned, other areas still had dust, mirrors were not cleaned. I did not think I would need to micromanage. I wish I had. So I paid $185 for 2 hours of a maid or $92.50 per hour. My house was not that dirty and for almost $100/hr, I assumed you could eat off the floor by their completion. TERRIBLE. And my name was repeatedly misspelled in their communications and on the invoice. Needless to say, I did not retain their services. RIPOFF.

I scheduled them to come in on the Saturday, I got really sick and needed to go to the ER, I called them to reschedule. They said that they would have to charge me full price for rescheduling!, I explained I was sick and didn't cancel, just want to reschedule.response was they didn't CARE.don't use a cleaning service that doesn't care.

I love them, they are fast to respond every time I contact them and do their best to accommodate me. Their prices are fair and they always follow up to make sure the cleaning was done well and their cleaners are great! I'm very happy with them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had hired them to do the 1st of what was going to be a regular on-going cleaning schedule. Our tenant moved out and we were having the property cleaned before we re-listed it for lease. The utilities were turned off a day early (on the day of the cleaning) and we were not aware. Therefore, they could not clean. I was at the property that morning and the utilities were on.

They charged us a $100 fee to reschedule because we did not give them 24 hours notice. There is NO way we could have known 24 hours. This is an unacceptable business practice for a company that is in the business of customer service.

I've been using Trustworthy Cleaners for two years. They're true to their name; I trust them to be in my home on their own. I've tried other house cleaners and these folks are always more thorough and professional than the other services I've used. They're also efficient, cleaning my 1700 sq foot home in just a couple of hours. I've had to reschedule or change up my days occasionally and the office staff are always friendly and flexible. I rarely write 5 star reviews, but these hard working people are worth it.

I've used many services, but Trustworthy is by far the most thorough. They are always on time, staff is friendly and like the name says trustworthy. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I have been using them for quite awhile. If I do see something they have missed, they easily take care of me next time. Check them out.

I used this service several times. They broke something each time. I talked to the manger And they could care less. They did not work with me on replacing my items, or on a discount nor did they even say they were sorry that their service broke my things. VERSy poor customer service

I hired Austin Maid Service to do a move-out clean of my house the day before handing the keys to the buyers. I specifically asked that they make sure to sweep the garage and the manager confirmed this would be done. I went by the house after they cleaned to see that the garage was untouched. I also received a complaint from the buyer this morning that the clean was not very thorough - no cabinets had been dusted or swept.

These are specifically mentioned on their website as part of the move-out clean package. The cleaners are returning today to finish the job, which I do appreciate, however the service was not up to par. I asked for a partial credit on our account due to these issues but was informed they do not offer credits or refunds of any kind. That's not good service! The maids also left the key in the front door when they left!

I moved into a dirty apartment that the management company did not clean and I had a lot of trouble getting them to do so. I decided to hire Austin Maid Service to have the place professionally deep cleaned. I even paid extra to have the interior cabinets and drawers cleaned. The first attempt virtually nothing was done. The toilet papers rolls were spruced up and a few portions of the carpet were vacuumed.

Other than that, the apartment was still the same as it was before. After communicating this to the manager, there was genuine interest in getting it right. So, they came out again and they did a better, not great, but better job. They offered nothing for this inconvenience. Lucky me, I just found an old comb and lotion bottle from the prior tenant in my bathroom drawer, a drawer that was supposedly deep cleaned. So, very skeptical about what I actually received for my money. I would spend my money elsewhere.

Our apartment was spotless! She even made our bed! Only took two hours for her to clean our two bedroom apartment and she cleaned everything from bathrooms, to floor boards, to fans and blinds. Amazing service!
