We had a wonderful experience with Carlos and his team at Astor. We redid all the doors and windows in our home and they turned out beautiful. They were prompt and clean and stood by their work completely. Carlos even helped us trouble shoot a problem the city was giving us. Many months (over a year) later we ran into a problem with a lock on our door. They were out with help immediately and kept their word and stood behind their product. I would use them again and highly recommend.

The sales and instalation team at astor were very profesional. They helped me with the YGRENE quote and process and provided overall great service. They were willing to work with me since my house is quite old and needed extra work on the window frames, they provided the support and guidance we neded to make the frames work for the new windows.

Astor Windows did an excellent overall job on window replacement in my home. The installers were top notch, did a thorough job and were always trying to keep the house clean as quite a bit of construction dust is created in the process. My only complaint is that the engineering firm they used for my job was very slow to first, come to the house for measurements, and also slow to complete the required drawings and paperwork for the permit process. This delayed my job considerably. If this component of the work could be improved the overall experience would be outstanding.

After getting 5 estimates, we chose Astor Windows and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Their prices were very competitive and they handled every aspect, including patching interior and exterior walls. We had a very large bay window that required a custom built metal structure which they also made for us. All the materials used were of the highest quality, including the door hardware. The supervisor on site, Ricardo, made the difference in handling all our concerns and requests.

It was a pleasure to work with Carlos and Astor Windows and Doors. They installed a beautiful French door with impact glass for me. The customer service throughout the process was first class. Even when a small issue occurred, it was addressed and corrected immediately. Once I am able, I look forward to having all My windows replaced to impact glass from Astor.
