Quickly scheduled me in an appointment after I realized my garage would no longer open from a storm that came through. Very friendly over the phone and the field tech who solved the issue for me. Everything taken care of within a day of calling I'm so relieved to have my garage working again! 10/10 service and response time.

I never write reviews, but wanted to share this in case you are looking for someone to work on your garage door. Our garage door broke at 7:00 this morning. We called ASSA ABLOY and they had someone to our house by 12:30. In thirty minutes he replaced two springs and serviced our door. Excellent service, and a great price! We will definitely use them for anymore needs we may have, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We live in a new home with a garage door from ASSA ABLOY that is not quite a year old. This morning when leaving for work, the door wouldn't shut all the way. I called ASSA ABLOY about having the door looked at. They had their technicians come out within the same hour that I called to assess the situation. Although the repair turned out to be a very simple fix, I am blown away by their responsiveness and quick service.

From speaking with Ashley on my first phone call to the guys who came out and made the fix, I was impressed with their solid and prompt customer service. Although I hope we don't have anymore issues with our garage door for awhile since it's so new, I feel 100% confident that the Hickory ASSA ABLOY team would take care of the issue. Thanks again!

ASSA ABLOY did an excellent job installing a motor on an existing garage door. I was surprised to see only one technician, but he was on-time, efficient and professional. He provided suggestions for extending the life of door springs, etc and it only took him about 1.5-2 hours from start to finish. Very efficient for a one-person job. We love our door and haven't had any problems with it.

We also received a Thank You card from the company a few weeks later. Not many companies appreciate their customers anymore! I highly recommend ASSA ABLOY to anyone needing garage door services.

I just had my new garage doors installed and they look so good. I am so pleased that I chose Assa Abloy for this project, from sales to installation, I have not been disappointed. My Installer, Josh Goble, was on time and quick to begin work. He was knowledgeable about the product. He was very proficient and well organized. His work was fluid and not a move made was wasteful. He cleaned up and hauled off the old doors with the same impressive ability. I would and will recommend Assa Abloy and this Installer for any garage door needs.

Prompt, quality repair in a timely manner. Techs on site knew their product, had the tools and skills necessary, and did a great job with repairs. Did repairs and maintenance on all our commercial doors and dock doors. Top notch!

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unethical employees. I had to take an entire day off of work because I was told someone would be at my house from 12am-5pm. The technician did not show until 4 and was at my house for an hour and a half. He did not give me his name he did not give me a business card nor did he give me any paperwork after he finished.

We had an extremely awful experience. The technician left and we had a concern. We called him fifteen minutes after he left. He told us he left an hour ago and can not return. He knew he was lying to us and did not care. He said he would return the next convenient day. Instead we get a phone call the next day saying that we have to stop by their office because he was not going to come back.

He lied again to the office staff and told them we had a conversation that did not happen. To try to cover himself for his error. The office staff took his word for it and did nothing to help right the wrong. We will never ever use this company again and we will make sure everyone we know does not use this awful company.

I was concerned that I had a big problem with the bottom of my garage door. Your service man called when he was on the way and did a professional job repairing the bottom retainer. I am very happy with the magic he performed.

This company went above and beyond to provide great customer service. The technician that diagnosed and installed the unit was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work or service.
