ASR Property Restoration

This company did an AMAZING JOB....from start to finish. We had several bids ( ASR was not the least expensive--but by far not the most). We were thrilled we picked this company. We heard good things about it from 2 people that we knew. EVERY Person from ASR beginning with the first visit was outstanding. The estimators, prompt scheduling and the men who worked on the house from demo, treatment, and restoration were exceptionally competent and talented!

We have had lots of remodels done...but never water damage and mold. I have to say, this was by far the easiest. Although it is a complicated and not happy process to go through... ASR made it almost painless! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! It's restores faith that there are really honest reliable and super talented companies and people! You would never know we had an issue. Our cabinets, granite, walls, baseboards look beautiful!

We recently had our water heater leak which caused damage to the stance and drywall in our garage. ASR promptly arrived to place fans for drying. Chris Guarino was extremely helpful in advising us on the process and keeping us informed. Monique in the office always provided us with answers to our questions and helped us work with our homeowners insurance.

Special thanks to Manny, Nathaniel and Hector who monitored and completed the work. Even though this was in the garage, they made every effort to make it look new and professional. We highly recommend ASR Property Restoration.

Brittany was the content manager for my mothers home which had a fire, everything had to be removed because of smoke damage. Brittany did a fantastic job of putting everything back together, she was very organized and most importantly compassionate and empathetic to my mothers stress and concern!

Recently we had a accident where a drunk driver hit our brick wall and then continued through the yard into our kitchen, from ASR coming on a Sunday morning to secure our property to fixing the damages caused to our house they have been great, Hector the project manager, and his crew which include Dan, Miguel,Jose , and Nathaniel have been so professional and very polite. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

This was the second occasion I have needed restoration work on my home. The first occasion was a few years ago when we had water damage from a pipe bursting near the bathroom. The work done was professionally done. There was no sign or indication of any damage. This time there were bees that built a beehive in front of my home that required cutting out a section of facade.

Because the first project was well done I called ASR, The people representing ASR were professional. The needed work was supervised by Sean Stark. The work done by another worker was so well done there was no indication of any restoration. Our neighbors stated they were amazed that there was no indication of any part of our home needing restoration.

ASR helped us after the January 9th mud & debris slide. Our home was cleaned, cleared & rebuilt. Thank you Damon, Sean & all the crew for the fine work done. I recommend this company.

First off I want to start by saying that ASR did an Awesome job on remodeling the kitchen in my home along with doing a fantastic job with installing the brand new flooring. Willie was amazing. Every time I had a question or concern, he would get back to me asap. Alex and Sean were great. Talk about hustlers. Those guys were at my house practically every day putting in those man hours.

At the end of the day, I was very happy with all of the fine work that was done at my home by this company. If anyone ever needs work done on their home, I highly recommend that they contact ASR right away.

They were great! All Seasons Restorations is dependable, completing the work in a timely manner and worked really well with our residents. I can always count on their follow up and quality of work. We never have had a to call them back for a redo since it was done right the first time, unlike other Emergency Service contractors we have used in the past.

ASR was recommended by our plumbers after a shower flooded an adjoining bedroom. They did such a great job that we chose them to do repairs from a roof leak. From beginning to end they have been a great company to work with. Jon King's estimate was more than reasonable, we had to add some repairs that were unseen in the original insurance estimate & they still came in at close to the same cost! Austin Daniel and his construction team were professional, communicative, respectful and efficient.

They worked with us on convenient times and interrupted our schedules as little as possible. The finished product is so beautiful. I would use them again and will continue to recommend them.

I could not have been more pleased with the way ASR Construction took care of my project from start to finish. They were so easy to communicate with and their vast amount of knowledge working with my insurance company. I live in Houston, Texas and was sure I would have to go to California since it was a roof cave-in on my rental property.

Did a great job on our rental home. We had a pipe burst and they fix the house and worker around our tenants busy schedule! 5 Stars!

Highly recommend ASR to anyone in search of a professional damage restoration company. We had a flood in our townhome that we rent out to tenants. Our HOA is the worst HOA I've ever dealt with. The rep, Nancy, is awful. But the one positive thing she did was get us in touch with ASR. They were professional and organized from top to bottom. I dealt with Shawn on the water mitigation side and Austin on the construction rebuild side.

They both kept in constant communication with me and made sure everything was being done correctly the first time. I can't comment on prices since it was all done through insurance but made the process as easy as it could be. Thank you guys!!

We highly recommend Kirk Prouse at ASR for our fire damage. We had superb service when they worked on a fire damaged home in Leisure Village, from the board ups until they handed us the key. I had a plumbing problem upstairs in one of the restrooms. I called ASR Construction. They were at my door within 15 minutes and my problems we're all fixed within the hour. They were prompt and professional.
