We've used them for 2 years now and have not been disappointed. They come on time and if there is a maintenance issue, they let us know and give us options on how to proceed from there. And they keep us in the loop and process. Also, I like how they send a report and pictures of the pool every time they come. It's the extra step that helps with peace of mind that my pool is getting taken care of.

I used ASP for more than two years. They installed my salt system, maintained the pool and when the time came replaced my old pump motor with an energy efficient. I have been using the pool service for 6 months. I have had several pool companies and have been very disappointed with service until I met Mark who was cleaning a neighbor's pool. Mark gave me the contact information and I have been very pleased with the service and the professionalism that Mark exudes. He is very professional and goes out of his way to ensure the pool is clean. Recently he assisted in cleaning some of the tree droppings that had blown in. Before cleaning the pool he cleaned the excess tree droppings. Job well done!

ASP has been taking care of my pool for a few years. The weekly service done by Dan is great. He lets us know of anything that needs attention. As a former customer I would not recommend. I used this company for 4 years and they really went down the drain in the last year. I used them for general maintenance and had them resurface my pool. They were not upfront with the resurfacing project and I had a hard time reaching anyone throughout the process. The weekly service was always random days and times.

I was early able to keep track that they actually came that week. As a loyal customer I wanted to move my service to my new house (they offered an inspection) and was totally blown off after setting up 2 appointment times. Needless to say I have since changed companies and there are far better out there. Please reconsider your decision to use this company.

I let my pool go for a while and Dan at ASP came in and saved the day! He took the time to explain our options in great detail and was very honest - Our pool looks great now! Thanks Dan!

At our first appointment we had the pleasure of meeting Mark. He was so kind and so patient in answering all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and reassured that we would be in good hands with ASP.

We have seen Mark every week now, and the consistency of having the same technician week over week has been an unexpected benefit. Mark knows us, and knows our pool, and has kept it looking great year-round. And, he goes above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. My ring camera even caught him bringing our empty trash cans in one day - what a nice guy!

ASP is totally dependable. We have used them for pool cleaning and repair for a number of years and can highly recommend the service. They seem to have a lot less staff turnover than some pool companies and it is nice to see the same service people in the course of a year.

I have used ASP for almost two years. They provide the two things I need. (1) The weekly service is reliable and friendly. I can discuss issues with the cleaner. (2) When I have needed service or repairs, the technicians have been good at identifying the problems and fixing them right away.

American Swimming Pool company has worked on my pool in the past, finding and fixing a leak as well as repairing tile and I have always been extremely happy. But they have risen to a new level of help and care.

ASP does our weekly service and they keep my pool consistently clean and are prompt with any responses. They are quick to fix anything that needs repairing and are always on top of things. Definitely recommend.

Darren at America's Swimming Pool was a huge help when we had a very serious leak in our pool due to a large crack running across the bottom. This is our first pool and we have only lived in the house for about 6 months before the pool started leaking.
