Excellent experience, can't recommend them enough. I recently moved into a 30 year old home with travertine that had not been well-maintained and needed repairs and sealing. Rob came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and managed to get something scheduled immediately due to a cancellation. The crew was also professional and the supervisor made sure to clearly go through everything, and the end product was excellent.

I reached out to Rob because I have Saltillo tile in my house and was not finding anyone in my area who could clean and reseal it. He generously spent his time providing me with recommendations and instructions so that I was able to clean the tiles, scrub the grout and reseal the floor myself and it now looks so much better! I had Rob and his team out to seal the tile on our floor, master shower and kitchen backsplash. It was great working with a professional who educated me on the different types of sealant. We ended up having the floor tile painted and sealed and the floors in our new home look fantastic!

We used Arizona Tile & Grout Care to re-seal the granite in the kitchen and clean the master shower tile. Mason was our Technician and he did an excellent job! He not only did the cleaning and sealing but also re-grouted where necessary - both areas look beautiful! I recommend Arizona Tile & Grout and Mason was the best!

Rob and his team are top notch! I reached out to their company needing help with concrete flooring. I wasn't exactly sure how to fix the flooring but Rob came out and provided excellent advice. After his free estimate, he was able to fit me in based on the timeline I had. From beginning to end, Rob followed through with his word. His team showed up and got the job done with excellence.

My Saltillo tile looks like I had a new floor installed. I am astounded by the "before and after" results. Rob and his crew (Devon and James) were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and a whole host of other positive adjectives. Even my husband is walking around commenting on how beautiful our floors look. My only regret is that I waited so long to have my tile "freshened up" by Arizona Tile and Grout. (The cost of the job was fair and reasonable. and they were able to do additional repairs to the grout and a couple of cracked tiles.)

We had two shower/tub combos with grout that was falling out and/or stained. Rob was very quick to reply to my inquiry and scheduled us for the following week. James and Devin came out to do the work and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They took care with our property and did a fantastic job restoring our showers to like new condition. James explained some things about the way our grout was originally installed (spoiler: not well) that might affect performance in the future.

Contacting Arizona Tile and Grout has proven to be one of the best decisions we've had in regards to our house. When we bought our house, the grout showed a lot of wear and staining, and the overall tile color scheme was brown. Arizona Tile and Grout cleaned the tile floor and recolored our grout in a lighter gray, giving the floors a more contemporary look. Even after two years their job still looks great! Their scheduling is quick and easy and Rob was great to work with!
