I recently hired Alan and his team to chip out and retile my pool and apply pebbletech. They were great to work with, super curteous and on time. They showed up when they said they would show up and the completed work was not only done on time but looks great. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Thanks! I recently moved into a house where the plaster pool was badly in need of resurfacing. Alan was very responsive, and provided me with a very reasonable quote. His team showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. They replaced the tile in the pool, and resurfaced the pool with a beautiful pebbletec. They did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My pebbletec pool looks brand new and I love it. I would highly recommend Alan and his team for any of your pool remodeling needs.

Was referred by my pool guy when in need of resurfacing my pool. Was happy with the end result and the guys worked fast and clean. Would definitely recommend them and use again if needed.

Stay clear. I am a very easy going customer and gave lots of chances for them to make things right, but they just could not effectively execute a professional pool cleaning and service. I kept their service when I bought this home in 2017. I fired them tonight and resonant with the other patron about the owner immediately blaming his employees. It's a poorly run operation.

When my service was transferred to Arizona pool remodeling I received service and a repair the first week. The next two weeks, no one showed up. The guy servicing my pool didn't add my pool to his schedule and forgot about me. They were supposed to repair a leaking backwash valve which they did, but without asking me or explaining to me why, they also completely rerouted the plumbing for my backwash and it now drains in a place I do not what it to drain.

I received a very fishy text from someone a few weeks later saying it was time for my filter cleaning and I would be charged $80. I was never made aware of this and because of the very unprofessional way it was worded, I contacted the guy who services my pool and he said this was a scam. About 2 weeks later, a man shows up at my house, who was rude to my wife, and said I never responded to schedule a filter cleaning.

This frightened my wife because she didn't know this person and I had told her this was a scam. So after this, I contacted the office and they told me this wasn't a scam and that they do this cleaning twice a year. How my regular pool service guy didn't know anything about this and why he said it was a scam makes no sense to me. After all of this, the service guy told me I would only get partial service the week of Thanksgiving and no service the week of Christmas.

That's fine with me. But I would expect to not be charged for these weeks in this case, but apparently the company charges the same amount per month, regardless of number of times they service the pool. The problem with this, is that I didn't get service more than 4 times in one month, so even if it is supposed to all even out over the year, it wouldn't in every customer's case.

In my eyes, this is a small technicality they are using to steal people's money that don't stay with them the whole year. Or, in my case, the service day got changed so many times, its impossible to keep track of. I contacted the office about each one of these problems and not once did I get through to someone on the first try. I always had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.

Which is not convenient for someone who works during the day. The owner did call me after each complaint to apologise, but unfortunately blamed it all on his employees and took no responsibility for the terrible service, lack of communication or unprofessionalism I encountered. I wasn't going to write a long review, but because of the owner's comments, it now seems warranted.

They did a great job! Most affordable company. From start to finish it took 1 week for the guys to complete re-plastering and some plumbing stuff. Nice and honest company! Highly recommend them.

If you need an honest, reliable pool company to take care of your weekly pool needs or just a one time update to your pool or patio I would highly recommend this company. My husband and I have used them for years and never had a problem. They are trustworthy and offer reasonable, competitive rates. The gentlemen who comes to our home weekly is extremely friendly and does a great job.

These guys are amazing. We just moved to Scottsdale from Denver. The house we moved into had a pool that was a disaster. It was so green, we weren't sure if we should put in fish and lily pads or call a pool company! Apparently there was a company that took care of the pool but it obviously wasn't working.

My previous pool cleaner was bought out by Arizona Pool and Remodeling and the service suffered drastically and immediately. My pool would get 5 minutes of attention a week if lucky. It was never a full cleaning just dump some chemicals or a leaf basket and leave.
