My technician Cody, was friendly but very professional. He explained how the treatment would work and how long I would have to remain out of the house. I was able to get my appointment quickly and they were thorough with the treatment. I was very pleased with Cody and would recommend Az Heat to anyone. They have an awesome warranty with their work.

These guys did a great job. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Paul came over and gave me information about the process, the bugs, and gave me several options. We were able to pick the best one for our particular circumstances. I feel confident it was money well spent and am relieved to have it over with.

They responded very quickly (I called on a Sunday), and they inspected the problem of bedbugs that we had discovered that day. The very next day they brought all the equipment and heat treaded our home, then sprayed. They were very punctual, professional, and thorough! They even knew how disgusted and squeamish, that they made it as convenient as possible.

We were extremely pleased with Arizona Heat Pest Services. They came right out, did a thorough examination of house, and explained we did not have bed bugs. They could easily have said there were, charged an arm and a leg, and we would have never known the difference. But Uriel took the time to explain how he knew that the problem wasn't bed bugs.

We are super satisfied with Austin and Martin. We have had bedbugs once several years ago and they got out of hand, so now I have a phobia. Austin put us at ease, came out the same day to inspect house and was here next morning to exterminate. They both did a great job and there was no mess other then the one we already made for prepping.
