Made an appointment to have our Whirlpool range repaired due to gas not igniting. Prior to appointment time the technician (Rene') called to confirm and asked me some questions about the issue. He made a few suggestions on troubleshooting it myself while he was on the phone and one of them worked! No visit was necessary and no service call fee! What a great experience, I will never call another repair company, only AZ Appliance Repair.

Call in center was very courteous and responsive for our refrigerator issue. Scheduled us for first available apt. Rene came removed panel and diagnosed the issue right away. I cannot recommend Arizona Appliance Repair and Rene from Arizona Appliance Repair enough! My dryer wouldn't heat anymore and I tried everything to figure out but Rene came very quickly. He was very kind, nice to our dogs even when they wouldn't leave him alone when he is working : Rene was so friendly and made our experience wonderful. If I have any additional appliance issues I will be using Rene with Arizona Appliance Repair again.

I have used this company twice. After horrible experiences with another Tucson company, this was a breath of fresh air. They called when they were on their way so I knew to expect them after giving me an only 2-hour window and came on time. The service call is $50 and you can apply that to parts and service if something needs to be replaced or fixed. They are honest and not over-priced and I will be using this company for appliance repair from now on.

Tony went out his way to get our dryer running and isolating the problem to the selector switch. He took the time to go back out and pick up the part and finishing the repair and checking the whole system the same afternoon. Friendly, professional, outstanding service at a good price.

If I had a broken appliance, which I did, I would be calling this company. My refrigerator wasn't cooling appropriately and I called and set up an appointment. First win. they were able to get me in with a day. That's awesome. Second, they called and wanted to come early. My response. absolutely! When Mike showed up he showed my wife what was wrong and they had the parts available.

She had nothing but good things to say about the level of professionalism he had which I am writing a review. Good companies and good workers are hard to find today. Give these guys a try on your next repair.

I give Arizona Appliance Repair a A+ rating due to their professional and timely customer service. I have lived from Chicago to Los Angeles over my years and Arizona Appliance Repair rates at the top of the list of appliance repair shops I have used. I found that Home Depot and others won't touch a Samsung product repair due to their lack of knowledge.

Not the case with Arizona Appliance Repair. My technician, Mike, was on time as scheduled and performed the diagnostics to determine the cause of failure and shared that analysis with me including a visual of the failed parts. Mike had all of the needed parts in his truck so there was no delay in the repair. Mike went over and above the call of duty to demonstrate his knowledge and superior customer service.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and today I am thankful for Arizona Appliance Repair. I called them on Monday because our washing machine was leaking. They were able to come today. The technician quickly identified the part, which they had in stock. Within two hours he had picked up the part and repaired our washer. The other company I called couldn't come out for a week, which was going to be a challenge with the holidays and with having two small kids who produce a lot of laundry.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you! Edited to add that we had them come out again for what we thought was a failed part. Shane came out and spent a long time trying to find the source of our leak. Long story short, it all ended up fixed. He was mindful about costs and offered us different options to meet what we wanted to pay. Thanks!

Critical: Professionalism I did not end up using this business to repair my dishwasher. Their website indicates that they will provide same day service, but be advised - I was offered an appointment 6 days out from my call. I would not expect fast service.

Our LG washing machine broke 3 days before Christmas. We called Arizona Appliance Repair because we had excellent service from them in 2020. The service person, Robert O., diagnosed the problem quickly and promised to return 2 days later with the correct part and do the repair at the end of his busy schedule. Just Wow! To start off, I almost never give 5/5 stars in a review, as I figure that doesn't give me any wiggle room if I find someone better to review. Arizona Appliance Repair has earned my five star review. They have become my go-to outfit when I need repairs to my appliances. When I call I get a response quickly and service much faster than I expect- often same day service, if they can "fit me in". Rene has done some amazing work on my Kenmore refrigerator freezer's ice maker, an appliance known to be problematic.

He has even added me into his day's work on his way home! Service doesn't get better's that. I don't believe you will find a better, more professional, personable, great communicator bunch of folks in Tucson. If you have a problem appliance, give 'em a call. You won't regret it!

Mike, the service technician, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed that the heating element was defective. He quickly replaced the defective part cleaned the interior of the dryer before assembly. He didn't make a mess and the dryer area where he worked was left spotless. In summary, I was impressed with the timely response to my service call and the competency of the service technician.

My washer quite spinning out reliably. Mike replaced the timer but the unit failed again. The second time he came over immediately to diagnose a pump motor overheating and then replaced that. Can't beat a 30 day warranty on labor and parts plus longer on parts.

My dishwasher had a broken upper shelf. AZ Applince repair came quickly, had the replacement part in stock and completed the repair within hours. Repairman was pleasant and efficient.

I had them out to fix my washer. I knew that it was my lid lock sensor, and I told the repairman when he arrived that was the problem. He still went through the diagnostics, and determined it was, in fact, the lid lock sensor. He had to run and get the part and installed it and it works great now. I think they're a good repair company, but it would've been great if he would have tried the lid lock sensor diagnostics first and saved time and labor dollars on the job, especially when I told him that was the problem to begin with.

My dishwasher stopped working so I called AZ Appliance Repair. After paying the service call bill of $49.95, I was told that the motherboard needed to be replaced; however, this repair company couldn't order the part, and if I ordered the part then AZ Appliance Repair could install the new part. I ordered the part which arrived in 4 days. The repairman put the new part in, but it still didn't work.

I was charged $129.00 for the labor that did not fix the machine. I was not able to return the new part, because it was an electronic part which could not be returned. That part had cost me the Grand total of $152.00. I still have a broken dishwasher after having spent just over $330. Did this company know electronic parts could not be returned? If so, shame on them for encouraging me to make this purchase, adding to the service call plus the labor that repaired nothing.

This company is the best. Mike, the service tech came out to my house and was totally awesome. Also, he called to let me know he was on his way, early on Friday. I called earlier in the day to see if I could get an earlier time because my husband got tickets to the Diamondbacks game, and I wanted to go. I don't know how Mike was able to come over early, but he did. Also, he ordered the part right away and fixed my washer yesterday (Monday).

This was all quick and painless. Mike was also great at explaining what was wrong. Thank you so much. Also, I had spoken to the office staff and they were great, too. I am very appreciative that my washer was able to be fixed quickly and that Mike was very nice. To also accommodate my schedule on Friday so I can go to the game as well, was very nice. Great service for my refrigerator freezer from technician, Mike. He diagnosed the need to replace the ice maker and replaced it quickly. I also appreciated the phone contact, Sara, when I called for an appointment. Very personable.

Rene arrived today to repair my GE refrigerator. GE left us hanging and dropped the ball as far as service. Rene detected problems they missed in a matter of minutes and had the refrigerator up and running in less than an hour. He was very informative and extremely professional. Since all of my appliances are GE, I now have the confidence that I can get outstanding service next time it's needed, and I'll be calling Arizona Appliance Repair first. Thanks!

Samsung font load washer would drain out, Vladimir is super knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in diagnosing and suggesting a options.

This is an update. I had a more complicated repair on another refrigerator. The technician diagnosed the problem as a refrigerant leak in the compressor but referred me to another company since he could not address an issue with the compressor. I agree with another review that this company cannot deal with major components in a refrigerator. It is one thing to replace an accessory icemaker; it is quite another to replace a compressor. The company to which I was referred says that they get a lot of referrals from Arizona Appliance Repair.

Rene from Arizona Appliance Repair came to my home to determine why my washing machine wasn't emptying and spinning properly. He and his partner were very thorough and conscientious and within an hour had diagnosed the problem. The pressure hose that communicates with other parts of the machine had come loose of the clips that held it away from the tub and motor and had worn through and split and wasn't working.

The company charges around $50 to come out and diagnose your problem, but if you proceed with the repair, they apply that to the labor and parts charge, so there is no extra charge added to labor and material charges. My machine is working well again, and the bill was very reasonable and I got excellent service. Highly recommend.

They DO NOT repair refrigeration units. They can only replace simple items like fans and thermostats. They claim WE FIX WHAT OTHERS CAN'T which is simply not true. The "technician" cleaned the coils and charged me $96 to NOT repair my refrigerator and told me to call ATS if I wanted the unit repaired since the issue was with the refrigeration unit itself.

I was never told any of this prior to scheduling a service call. Please learn from my mistake and call someone else to repair your refrigerator/freezer. It was like hiring a mechanic that can't work on your engine, still confusing to me.

Nick came out today to fix my washing machine. Super nice guy - sold me the part since it just needed to be screwed in rather than charging me on labor costs. Would definitely use them again.

Our dryer belt broke and needed to be replaced. I called Arizona Appliance and scheduled an appointment. They said the diagnosis fee would be waived should we hire them. What I did not know is the repair fee is high and I should have asked. They had to order the belt and it took 3 days. The belt was $43 plus $130 to put it on. IT GETS BETTER. our dryer was not drying our clothes and they blamed the vent.

I actually took the vent off the electric dryer and my wife ran it for 7 hours to try and dry 2 loads (we had to hang the cloths). I told them the belt has issue and the drum was running too fast. They sent the same repair person who just looked at the dryer and felt the heat and blower and did not know what was wrong. We called again and they sent a different repair person and the original repair person to make it a teachable moment.

The new repair person was here for 1.25 hours testing the heat and blamed my wife for using the wrong washer setting to spin water from clothing. Again told them it is the drum and to check the belt. After one hour they decided to look at the belt, and behold it was the wrong belt. the correct belt is 1 inch longer and slowing the drum speed. It is working and they never told me if this belt cost less as the previous belt bad to be order and not in stock. We asked for a discount and they gave us only 10%. We will never use their services again, especially when they accused my wife of not knowing how to launder clothing.

My 7 year old Samsung dryer had been making some noise for a while. But then it started really screeching, so I knew it was time to get it looked at. I called Arizona Appliance Repair and spoke with Tony. After describing the problem he assured me they could fix it, so we set up the date for the repair and he gave me a 4 hour window. Tony called about 30 minutes before arriving.

He was able to diagnose the problem and had the replacement part with him. I think the whole job took about 45 minutes and the dryer is quiet and working fine. Tony honored the online discount and the job cost under $175. It was all very easy and Tony was very nice and professional. I would recommend Arizona Appliance Repair to others in need of their services.

We always call Arizona Appliance when there's an appliance issue we can't resolve. This time it was our Samsung dryer ( full-size and stacked on top of the Samsung washer in a very tight hallway laundry closet) which was making screeching and clicking noises. Shane came and diagnosed the problem (correctly) but realized it was a two-person job.

He ordered the parts, advised the dispatcher that we needed a reschedule and was back with Mike three days later. They worked efficiently and thoroughly and the dryer is as good as new.

Nick made a service call on Saturday morning and he was absolutely wonderful. He was quick to call us back and quick to find a solution to our problem. I didn't expect results so quickly during COVID-19 but we had a problem and Nick was right there working with us to find a solution and he came over on a Saturday morning and fixed our problem. Would definitely recommend them!

Just had Rene by to look at our Whirlpool fridge. He could not have done a better job. Took his time, gave us numerous options, and took care of us in every way. His knowledge and willingness to make sure that we understood our options was fantastic. We can't say enough about how good he is. Use him again. Whatever Arizona Appliance Repair must do to compensate him is not enough.

Just today repair tech Nick came to look at a line into refrigerator icemaker that was leaking. Within 20 minutes, he diagnosed problem and solution. Condensation issue! Not physical leak. So far so good! Ice maker working properly and refilling properly! Thanks Nick.

Igor came and fixed the electrical problem on my dishwasher only to discover afterward that it was leaking through the motor housing. He only charged me the base service charge of $49.95. Then even though he put significant effort to find the best price on a replacement part, we decided to get a new dishwasher instead. I felt bad that he put in so much work for $50 and offered to pay more, but he wouldn't take it. Igor is honest and has a great work ethic. I highly recommend this company.

My washer stopped working this past weekend. I Called for an appointment to have my washer looked at. To my surprise and excitement, a technician could come by today. Same day service! Once I explained to the technician, Igore, what I thought. he immediately knew what the problem was. wow. Igore replaced the part. drain pump assembly. Left no mess, In and out within an hour! They have fixed my refrigerator in the past and I will continue to use them. Reliable, Honest and on-time.
