Our refrigerator broke right in the middle of Summer! We could not live without our refrigerator, I called Appliance Connection and they were friendly and courteous. They came out right away and fixed the fridge no problem! They will be the first to call next time we have an appliance emergency!

I was going to write a bad review because the first rep that came out did not get my microwave fixed. I called and complained and they took ownership of the situation, fixed the problem, and ordered the right parts and replacement. I was pretty mad initially but after the entire experience I was very happy.

He was quick, did a great job, cleaned up very neatly and was polite and personable. Very happy with Appliance Connection I will have them come in in a couple weeks/months to look at our garbage disposal and washing machine!
