Our technician, Justin, arrived on time at 8:00 am. He called and texted before his arrival. Justin was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, neat and efficient. We would definitely recommend APEX Air and will. The office was equally responsive, articulate and very helpful. We did need a part and the pricing was fair. Thank you

Apex air installed my 2020 new home's Honeywell thermostat system. But this system unable to connect my home Wi-Fi or App over my phone. The manual showed I need to press temperature for 5 seconds to set up. But it is not work. No matter how long I press. I google and YouTube to find helps. But not success. I called apex air. They ask me to pay $140 for their technician to come troubleshoot. And no one can help over the phone.

I called Apex to replace my whole entire furnace and install a new split unit. The home that I recently bought need a total replacement of the whole system. Brandon was my sales rep, he was very informative and patient all along the process. Apex also gave me the most competitive (lowest) price, compared to other companies, so I decided to go with them. Bob, the field manager, was excellent, super meticulous and was in charge during the whole entire process.

There were 4 men arriving on the day of the project, Davis, Miguel, and crew, was excellent! They arrive early and get to work immediately without lunch break. When there was a hiccup due to electrician schedule, Brandon owned the mistake and work on it immediately after hours. Davies, one of the crew, came back on the 2nd day and work through the evening after hours to make sure that I have heat. The men l were very polite, they did everything I asked them, and clean up everything after. I highly recommend them. I would give them 10 s if I could.

Apex was quick to come out and get my furnace serviced. Turns out that my blower motor blew a bearing and needed replacement. They were able to find a replacement motor same day and get everything finished up. The thoroughness of apex in the maintenance of my HVAC system will have me coming back for future service.

David Fernandez Came out on a cold and snowy day to service my furnace. We had a gas leak and were without heat with temperatures in the 20s. He repaired the valve that needed replaced, all the while being courteous with "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am" any time he spoke to me. He made sure there wasn't any leaks and the system worked well before leaving. He worked quickly and we have heat again on this cold day! I would definitely recommend David.

Justin did a great job servicing my unit. Very polite, respectful, friendly and informative. He answered all my questions, explained what and why for an upcoming part replacement and gave me a good timeline to plan on. Very thankful I decided to go with a maintenance plan. Otherwise my unit would have probably gone down before I even knew there was a problem.

I was in need of a replacement Furnace and AC unit in a very difficult installation location and the Apex Air team did an absolutely amazing job! The installation team was fast, professional, competent and adapted amazingly to the difficult installation. The quoting and sales experience with Brandon was friendly, thorough, no pressure and found a high quality solution that fit my budget.

I went through 4 companies for quotes and I can only describe the other three as terribly disappointing compared to the care and effort from Apex. Save yourself time and disappointment and call the Apex air team first!

I needed all the air ducts replaced under my house. I had 3 quotes from other companies before James Hudson from Apex air came out. The other 3 companies all went under my house to see what needed to be done. James Hudson did NOT go under my house. The very highest quote from for the 3 companies was $4,000, but Apex Air wanted over $8,000 for the job! I don't know if he saw I was an older woman, and thought I wouldn't know any better, but that is definitely not the case. Stay away from this company!

Paid a substantial amount of money on installing a new HVAC system. Has not worked properly since installation in October. It is now three months later and 3 visits from technicians and system is still not working. Technicians have all been excellent to deal with, especially David, who has shown that he personally cares about the issue. The challenge I have is with the main office.

Their product is not working properly and we are having to run it on emergency heat (quickly increases our utility bill) to get any heat out of it Technician came yesterday to fix the issue, did a great job, system worked. This morning I get up and system is still running and blowing air at 74f, heat pump is frozen over again. Let technician know the same issues were occurring, he was going to come check it out.

He called back and was told he couldn't come today and that we had to run it on emergency heat until Monday and then they will see what they can do. We installed a new system to reduce our utility bill from using the old (over 20 year old system) only to have our utility bill being the same for the 3 months since installation Hopefully this issue gets fixed on Monday, APEX isn't paying my utility bill but quickly accepted payment for the installation. Will update this posting as things happen

I called on APEX for an inspection on my furnace after my brother had a great experience with Ricardo. David gave me a call on his way to my house and gave me an estimate on how long it would take him to arrive. he arrived at 8am, exactly when he said he would. David was very polite, thorough, and explained every detail of what needs done. David was able to get my fireplace and furnace back up in running in 2 hours. It was much appreciated with it getting cold outside. I would recommend anyone who is having heating and/or air issues to give APEX a call!

Excellent service, and a pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Justin was my technician, and is super personable. He took time to explain how the system works, and was willing to check areas I saw as suspect. I will call on Apex when the next repair is needed. I plan to get on a preventive service contract because of my experience with my repair. Overall score: 11/8

All of the techs that have come to my home and business have been just like David. The office staff understood my Delima having no heat and was able to dispatch David within a short amount of time.

We love APEX. Yesterday we woke up to a cold home. Our system had stopped working in the middle of the night. David came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, got our unit repaired and stayed to ensure our unit was working properly again before he left for his next call. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely informative about our system and as new home owners what to look for and do in the future. Thank you David for the A+ customer service and thank you APEX for getting to us so quick! Today we are warm and grateful!

Just all call them! The whole team from calling for an appointment, " which was the next day",t o the technicians. All were respectful and professional. There were a few issues from the initial installation 2 years ago. They explained everything they had to do and replaced our nest thermostat "don't waste your money", for a more efficient one with twice the features to get the most out of our investment. They even took the time to help set up the ecobee thermostat and and everything downloading the app to make even easier. Thank you, a customer forever

We built our house 4 years ago and bought an A/C unit from Apex Air. Our blower motor went out recently so we called Apex to see if it was still under warranty. We scheduled an appointment to have our A/C unit fixed. A few days before the technician was due to come out I called the office and asked if they could make sure the truck had a new motor in the truck.

I was told that the technician would still need to come out to inspect our unit. After the inspection we were told that we needed an new blower and it might take a week or two to get it ordered. The following day I was called and they let me know they had the part to fix our A/C unit. They came out today and replaced the blower in under 1.5 hours and charged us a flat fee of $535.

All totaled we were charged $129 first visit fee plus $535 for 1.5 hours of labor to install a warranty part that we bought from their company. $664.00 to replace a WARRANTY item! When we called to try to get a reduced price they told us NO! We live in a new subdivision that 90% of the homes bought their A/C from Apex Air. I will be leaving a very negative review in our Facebook group to let everyone know how we feel.

Brandon came out and gave us a estimate he was very clear and well educated on our system! Today was installation day and the timing couldn't be any better before the heat wave! Mathew and Kegan arrived right on time as scheduled. They worked hard and efficiently to get us up and rolling, and in record time I would say. We are super impressed with Apex and the professionalism! We will be recommending to our neighbors, friends and family!

When my daughter and son-in-law had to replace their Apollo Hydro Heat Systems they called Apex. They were impressed with the work they did so I asked them to look at my 26 year old Apollo systems to see what it would take to replace them. I had already had one water pipe to the furnace burst. However I was concerned about connecting the ductwork to make one furnace without too much remodeling. Anson found a solution that took up little space. Richard and Joe were professional yet friendly and open to questions throughout the installation. They also made adjustments that would help me use the furnace and air efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Awful warranty service, its been nearly two weeks and five visits and Apex has still not fixed our AC. I definitely don't recommend them, even this afternoon I was promised a call back - waited an hour. and then found their office was closed. In the meantime, we are stuck in a super heated house.new construction last year, should not be failing this quickly. I would advise finding some real professionals who know what they are doing, it has been a nightmare working with these folks.

We moved into our house coming up on three years ago. It's a single owner home built in 1964. The furnace is from the 70's and the A/C from the early 90's. We knew we were going to need to replace the A/C unit so I asked a few trusted friends who they had used and Apex came up a couple of times. About five months ago, I sent an online request for an appointment.nothing back.

A few months later, a second request. No response. I asked my friends.are you SURE I should give them another chance. YES! This time I called.and I'm glad I did. They were able to come out in two days.looked things over.gave us two estimates.one for the A/C and another for a complete overhaul.we got a second quote from another company and called Apex to get on their schedule.

They were able to get us in the following week. The crew had a nasty job of getting the old furnace out from under the house, but they completed all the work on schedule and on budget. They were respectful, kind and courteous. we've been telling all our neighbors about them.

Apex Air came out and installed a new forced air heater for us. Our old one was 22 years old, time for an upgrade. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience. They came out and looked at our old unit, took measurements and serial numbers. Within 2 days they came back out with a complete new unit. They installed it in a timely manner, (they even vacuumed and cleaned up good as new.).

The guys were very efficient, and respectful. They each knew their jobs and 1,2,3 it was in and running. A wonderful new quiet, efficient unit. I will gladly use Apex Air conditioning for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

We called Apex because our heat pump was not working. Scheduling the appointment was easy and we received service two days later. The problem was in the installation of the nest thermostat, which was my fault. Was up and running in an hour. The following day we had another system failure, lost power to our furnace. This was completely unrelated to the original issue. Apex came back out within two hours and found a low-voltage wire had a nick in the sheathing, and shorted out a fuse in the furnace.

The problem was in the furnace, and not the thermostat which was worked on the day prior. The problem was coincidental, but Apex did not charge us for the return visit. Beyond not being charge, I appreciate the timeliness of service, the two hour window they say which they will arrive. And I also received a text message when the technician was on his way. This made it incredibly easy to be prepared for their arrival and still go on with my life.

Our Air conditioner went out yesterday. It is a Bryant Quantum Plus so I went on both Yelp and the Bryant website to see who was on both. I wanted a Bryant Authorized Repair person as well as someone with good reviews on Yelp. Apex fit the bill for me even tho they did not have many reviews on yelp, the ones they have were all perfect. Now I know why.

Recently had APEX replace our 25 year old system and covert our home to gas. I wish I could say it has been a good experience but it hasn't! We waited 5+ weeks for the install because of their "Busy Season". The subs they selected to do the gas piping and electrical did poor work leaving our home damaged. We have been waiting almost 6 weeks for APEX to finish fixing the damage to our home.

They owe us a refund for a damaged unit that we still haven't seen. Common answer is "Let me check on it". I wouldn't recommend APEX based on the experience we have had, very sad that there is no pride in their work!

HOMEOWNER BEWARE. I had Apex come out to my home to diagnose and hopefully get my AC unit running properly for summer. The tech came out and charged me roughly $600 and said "good to go". This was June 21st However my AC still wasn't working. I called apex back within the next few days to see what we could do to resolve this and the gal on the phone tried to sell me the same service I got sold when they came out the first time.

I said "I already paid for that and nothing seems to have changed, I want what I originally paid for." She offered no solution. I even asked to have a manager or owner reach out to me so we could reach a resolution. She told me that no managers or owners would be reaching out to me and my only option was to get on the schedule for the same service that had not worked for me prior.

So I reached out to another contractor who told me the Apex tech had not performed said service and my unit would very obviously need to be replaced and that I had very obviously been ripped off because I didn't know any better. Pretty unfortunate first experience with a contractor as a new homeowner. All I can say is beware of this company cause it's put me out a lot of time, money and through a very hot uncomfortable summer in my home.

The only pro to my experience with this company is that my house is mostly cool - less the rooms on the end, of which I'm told they can do nothing about. The 1-2 day job ended up taking 4 days, on the 'last day' we were told they were sending out a senior tech to get everything straightened out and a guy who let me know he'd been working for the company for only a couple of weeks let me know he'd forgotten his saw, but not to worry as the office was going to get someone out to complete it later that day.

The next day someone came out. Finally - the job is done. Now to pay. 2 weeks later and the funds still haven't left my account, because they haven't made it to the bank yet. At this point I want that money gone so I never have to deal with them again.

I highly recommend Apex Air! Why? Fantastic customer service and outstanding workmanship. We recently did a kitchen remodel and discovered that we needed some retro fitting done for our range hood. We had several HVAC companies out to bid this job, but the job was proving to be more complicated than we had originally thought. We were on a strict timeline and did not know what to do.

Because of the weather, technician Jimmy was swamped and running late. The office was very good at keeping in contact with me about his changing arrival time. Jimmy came out and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also hosed the unit off to make it run better. He was very friendly and explained everything. This company is reliable and nice to work with! So refreshing!

If you are looking for a reliable company that you can trust to get the job done, Apex Air is for you! From my first phone call late afternoon about our heating not working properly they were friendly, and got us scheduled the very next morning. Jimmy showed up on time, early at that! Knowledgable about what needed to be fixed, and explained everything along the way.

Another update! This time it was our furnace. It was old and tired and decided to break. The tech came out within hours of calling them just like before and diagnosed the issue. It was a costly issue so he mentioned we might consider replacing the unit. The salesman came right out and gave us a proposal to put a new unit in. He was very thorough making sure he accounted for our small attic access and still getting us a unit that would heat our house adequately.

He explained everything so that I could make an educated decision on what furnace to go with and in about 15 minutes I had a proposal in hand - he has a mobile office with a printer and everything so there is no waiting to get a price! Once we gave them the go ahead they were on top of it and ready to install it the very next day. Installation was a breeze and other than a new furnace in the attic there was no evidence of them being in my house. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area of the attic access (my son's walk in closet) cleaner than when they arrived.

We had Apex out to replace the blower motor on our older Trane unit. Great experience. the Technician was very through, knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all my questions both on the components he was replacing as well as some additional question I had in regards to our new Smart Thermostat.

My husband noticed my moms heat pump fan was not turning. He called Apex and they had a tech at the address the very next morning. My husband said the tech was informative, fast, and professional. What a relief to have the problem resolved so easily.
