Revised Review: after my previous review the manager called me to apologize. This meant a lot bc most businesses do not care these days. He was very generous and offered a service that I would be needing this year at no additional charge. He honored his promise and the service was done today. Everyone has mess ups, and I want to thank the owner/manager for caring and going the extra mile.

I appreciate a company that cares. The technician was fine. He showed up without an appointment. I was told that the office handed him a stack of people to call on. They sent me a bill that increased by $35 from the previous year. $185 is a lot for a 10 minute visit. I spoke with the office regarding him just showing up and she said "we emailed you, " then said we don't have an email address for you.

I believe a customer has the right to know if a cost in service changes. She was very rude when I said I would like to move my service. She stated it would cost me much more to move it. I explained I wanted to go with a company that does not spring cost increases after the fact. I do not know if what I am paying is a good rate or not, but what I do know is the way this went about was very unprofessional. I can only imagine how they would handle issues if there were a problem.

Great company, they make sure their technicians are trained properly in their areas of expertise.

Cody was great today! He put new system in abs explained how it worked. After termite inspection he explained everything he saw and did. It was sprinkling outside bit he kept working. Cody is such a kind and friendly person.

Phillip is awesome. He always keeps in touch and follows up regularly. He gives advice on how to help keep the pest population down. We added the mosquito treatment and it has been wonderful, we can enjoy our yard and deck again. Services: Mosquitoes, Bees, Cockroaches

American Pest Control just finished cleaning out and encapsulating my crawl space, and wow - they did an amazing job! From the proposal to the finish line - everything was very professional and completed on time. My crawl space went from being a weak characteristic of my house to a strength. They've always been willing to work with me because I work out of town. They've always been kind, and willing to service our home whether we're there or not.

Not really sure how their yearly termite inspection is, as they only come and do the outside when no one's home. Their issue is billing. There's no way of paying them other than snail mailing a check.

We bought an older house in the heart of old Hoover, surrounded by dense trees. Lots of bugs! We tried to treat the roaches and pests ourselves, but we couldn't do it. We still saw the bugs everywhere.
