Mold
Report
Molds are part of the natural environment. Outdoor they play a part in nature by breaking down dead organic matter such as fallen leaves and dead trees, but indoors, mold growth should be avoided. They reproduce by means of tiny spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through outdoor and indoor air.
Fire
Report
Call Amerestore after fire or smoke damage and we will respond quickly to dry up any water the fire department used to put out the fire. This will eliminate the possibility of mold growth. Get your clothes that you need immediately out to the dry cleaner so you will have clothes to wear.

I found a leaking water heater on a Sunday morning. Mitchell from Amerestore was on site within the hour and was able to extract most of the water and get fans and dehumidifiers set up to dry everything out. His communication was thorough and always professional. I will use their services again, but am hoping I won't need to for a while :

We called Amerestore after issues with our initial restoration company. We had water damage and needed our flooring removed, lower kitchen cabinets rebuilt, and trim replaced. Tony and Mike came out and evaluated our home, really listened to how we wanted things repaired and what we didn't want to do. We opted not to replace unnecessary flooring in utility closet and reset the HVAC system & water heater - since they are in the closet.

The other restoration company wouldn't do the job if we didn't have that done. When Mike and Steve came out to do the repairs they were prompt, efficient, courteous, and have excellent craftsmanship! I may have bribed them with donuts! :) They even rebuilt our cabinets while keeping the face so we didn't have to replace all the kitchen cabinets, just the ones that were damaged.

The cabinets are BETTER than when we bought the house! They used real wood and paid attention to detail! They went above and beyond! And were hilarious! Thanks guys! :) We recommend Amerestore to all our friends and family!

Will and Brandon have been amazing. Taking all necessary precautions while working in the basement cleaning up after a back flowed drain. They've been kind and reassuring. The price can't be beat. They were the right choice for sure! Will be recommending them for sure!

I live out of state and needed someone I could trust to help my mother. Randy at Amerestore made not only myself on the phone but my mother in person feel like family. They had her happy and dry quickly!

Extremely impressed with the knowledge and quality of work. I was educated throughout the process and knew what to expect. They saved my wood floors when other companies wanted to rip them out! Thank you Amerestore! You saved my marriage!

My parents received an estimate of $1,676.16 to pump water from the crawl space from a water leak from a plumbing issue. They called the water a "Category 3" water issue. I called and spoke with someone who told me it was raw sewage. I have spoken with the plumbing company who told me there was no raw sewage, only a little bit of drain water mixed with ground water, and the fact that it was stagnant water made it "Category 3" water, which I would agree with.

The final bill was received and the total came back at $4,157.11. I contacted the company (almost daily for 2 of 3 weeks) and waited 3 weeks for someone to get back with me. I was contacted by the person in charge of this matter and was told the reason he did not get back with me immediately was because he did not like my first email which was asking that they explain the invoice to me line by line, since half of the line items were not on the original quote.

He only got back with me when my last email started with "I feel as if you are taking advantage of my parents". After going under the house with me to determine the work they actually did do, the invoice was decreased, because they did not actually do the work that they said they did, and then submitted to insurance for payment. I would not recommend Amerestore to anyone.

I contacted Amerestore, America's Restoration Team to remediate some water issues in my home. Before beginning any work, I received a "good-faith" estimate of $1500-$2500, so I agreed to proceed. There were no other add-ons once the job began. I got the invoice today. $3,246.90! Nearly $1,000 more than their "good faith" estimate. All they did was open a small portion of the ceiling/wall and set up fans to dry everything out.

I called them and spoke to someone in billing. They are having someone call me back. Until this is resolved, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH AMERESTORE. They sent 4 different crews out and NONE of them had any knowledge of what had happened up to that point. I'm not impressed, so I'll be on social media warning people about the way they do business. This wasn't an insurance claim. This was a paying customer. Bad form, Amerestore.

Horrible business. Look elsewhere. Customer service is as bad as their price. Asked for a week for a total estimate. After not having calls returned for days I get a call that I'll have an estimate in the morning. 3 days later still no estimate. 4 days of drying out my walls was 1300+ dollars.using MY ELECTRICITY! Out of their minds. I'm still waiting on my walls to be fixed and they've been dry for 5 days.

Bunch of crooks! Wanted me to give them my deductible up front when I'd already met my deductible fixing the problem that caused my walls to get wet. Stay away! Save yourself!

The Amerestore team came out promptly after we had a water leak in our basement ceiling. I was profoundly impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Mike explained that our situation did not require restoration services and even gave us additional advice. They are an outstanding company and I would recommend their services to anyone that has had water damage.

Damaged many of our antique items & furniture. They had to redo the whole job because it wasn't done right in the first place. Very rude to my 74 yr. old grandmother. Not pleased with their work at all.

STAY AWAY! My basement flooded, and I needed it to be worked on as soon as possible. Of the businesses I called, Amerestore could be here the soonest. Their rep came to assess and estimate the job. After 12 hrs with a wet basement (fully finished, carpeted and lots of furniture), he said it just needed to be dried, so he ordered a crew to extract the water, then run 19 fans and two big dehumidifiers for 5 days, 3 repeat visits and carpet cleaning at the end totaling $10K.

I am in the dark about this subject so not knowing any better I went along with their advice. A lot of time was spent with the rep going over (my obligations in) the contract. Their contract is very robust and slanted in favor of them. If you have a wet basement you are over a barrel so if you don't know about what needs to be done you are essentially at their mercy.

The truth is this business (or at least this rep+crew) knows very little about basement restoration either. 7 out of the 19 fans did not work (they plugged all 7 of those in a daisy chain - I learned later it should have been 3 max). After placing the fans they did not come back for 3 days. They did not order the carpet to be pulled up, and in fact did not even remove any furniture from the basement (nor did they recommend that any furniture be moved).

My insurance adjuster came after three days, surveyed what Amerestore was doing and was irate. She advised me to fire Amerestore immediately and call someone else. This business is incompetent and I would not ever hire them again for anything.
