2 great experiences with Amega. New home build in 2020 and our doors look and work great. We have a large outbuilding with 14x16 large commercial doors. One of those doors was really messed up from my mistake. Called another local company and they no showed. Called Amega and they were out less than 24hrs later even brought a scissor jack knowing it was a big door. Techs got right to work and were done very quickly- thanks!

A year ago I ordered a door for my old house and had great experience, with Justin and his professionalism! So when we bought a new house this past spring and started to have garage door issues, it was a no brainer. call Justin at Omega! Ordered a door on May 27, 2021 and was told on Dec 9,2021 that our door order was cancelled by the management! Prices were set to go up on May 30 and my order was cancelled along with several others, I can only image so that way I could pay a higher amount.

I placed the order and the amount on the day of order, so we would get the door before the price went up. The lack of professionalism in the management of this company is absurd! They lost a great worker over this and they lost a paying customer who has friends with garage door needs too!

When I ran into the side of my boyfriend's garage I was stressing out thinking I'd caused a lot of damage. Thankfully I was able to set up an appointment the same day to have a technician out to look at it. He was kind and courteous. He didn't even charge me for his time. Apparently I had only bumped the sensors out of place and did no structural damage.

He bent them back into shape and the door worked again. Will definitely use your company in the future if we need to. But hopefully I'll avoid running into any more garage doors!

I had serious garage issues Randy is the man to have at your side! He really went above and beyond helping me fix the garage and instructing the steps and carefully going over what I should know about why it wasn't working and him helping me resolve the issue he was such a blessing! I am recommending him to all of my family and friends for service needs! I appreciate all the help and was truly grateful!

The spring broke on our two stall garage door. I called this morning and they were out and it's fixed! Great customer service!

Timely Service, but pricey, 75 dollars just to drive to my place. I live in Johnston the same city they are based out of too. Had a door that was having difficulties closing. They got it to work though.

Our experience with Randy was exceptional. He assisted us in every step of our decision to replace 2 garage doors. No pressure just a helpful and knowledgeable discussion. He is a credit to Amega Garage Doors and Openers.

Overall great experience! They have competitive prices and were easy to get a quote from and I am very satisfied with the install process and the doors themselves. The only con I have is their communication. The doors were delayed which is completely understandable and honestly it didn't matter to us however it took multiple phone calls with messages left to find this out.

At one point we were told we would get a call with an update and waited a week with no return call so we called again. Even with that I have no regrets using them with how great the garage doors are and the quote /install process.

My old 16ft wooden garage door was 42yrs old. Justin from Amega gave me a quote that was reasonable. Levi did a great job with installation. I would highly recommend Amega garage doors! Thank You Guys!

We were really happy with both our sales person and tech for our new garage door. We received multiple quotes and Amega was able to offer us the best door AND the best price (win win!). Our tech was professional and did an great job. Installed, the door looks fabulous and is so much quieter than before. The timeline took quite a bit longer than anticipated - we were estimated for 10-12 weeks and it took almost 20 weeks from ordering to install.

We were very understanding as we know that COVID has made manufacturing difficult to predict. My only feedback would have been that I wish Amega had called us about the delays - instead it was me calling in on more than one occasion get an update since it had been so long. They were very helpful when I called, just wished they were proactive on informing for orders that are far past the expected date.

My garage door spring broke on Sunday morning. I called and left a message the same day. I had a call back the next morning and an appointment scheduled for the SAME DAY and within a couple of hours. Steve, the technician, arrived on time and had the spring replaced within 45 minutes. Steve was beyond professional and friendly. When I write he was very nice - I mean VERY NICE!

You expect a level of service when you contract with a company but Steve far exceeded our expectations. The cost of repair was more than reasonable - less expensive than what I was anticipating. While most people don't need garage door service very often, if you do i highly recommend Amega Garage Doors as your first call! Thank you, Steve and Amega team, for your service and professionalism.

Amazing Service! I submitted a request for someone to contact me through the Amega Garage Door website on a Wednesday night. We had an estimate through a different company and had reached to them several times with no call in return. Therefore, we decided to go elsewhere. I had a call from the salesman at Amega (J. Butler) within 30 minutes of submitting my request.

He informed me he would be out the next day to give me an estimate. Next day, I was given an estimate of a lower amount than what the "other" company provided. We replaced our garage door with haul away, a new motor, keypad, and 2 remotes for the amount the other company had given me for just the garage door replacement and haul away. The door and etc. was installed 4 days later (2 of those day were weekend days).

The installer was very thorough and explained everything in detail was the door was installed. I can't thank them enough. I am sure glad that "other company" never contacted me back. :) THANKS for everything!

Garage doors aren't something we replace often, but I would definitely use Amega again, we had such a great experience. Justin provided some great guidance to help me choose the door I would most benefit from. The installation was scheduled quickly, within just a few days of making the decision to move forward. The installer, Brian, was friendly and fast, he had the old door down and the new one up in just two hours, he cleaned up everything, answered my questions and made sure I approved of the finished product before leaving.

The new opener is so quiet and lights the garage up so much better. Thank you for taking care of me.

The guys that did the work for me were Awesome. They (Adam & Ross) had great attitudes and were professional and quick. I would recommend Amega to anyone.

Very fast, professional, and fair price, will recommend and would do business with them again. Great unit too. The estimate was fast and straight forward (Bryan for quotes). They (Steve) arrived when they said they would and were quickly able to see my opener might not open the door all the way, but we figured out a way around it and it works beautifully.
