Aluminum Fences Direct

Aluminum Fence Direct came through as promised. They were upfront with the long lead times considering the supply chain circumstances, answered all my follow up questions which im sure were annoying at times, and provided professional service from start to finish. Mark was a tremendous help and helped me resolve any issues I encountered throughout installation.

One panel was damaged during shipment (not AFD fault) and Mark made sure he shipped me the needed panel ASAP. I would absolutely do business with AFD again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality fence at a fraction of the local competitors price. Thank you again Mark! I placed an order through Aluminum Fences Direct on 4/7/21. It is now 09/13/21, and I still have nothing. They have delayed my delivery over six times! The first (3) delays were three weeks each due to "delays at the factory". The fourth delay was 6 additional weeks. The fifth delay (two more weeks) was due to "equipment breakdowns". The last delay (two more weeks) I just heard about on 9/13, was a lack of employees due to Covid.

I completely understand delays, especially right now, being in manufacturing myself. However, the lack of communication has been awful. After each delay, I have personally had to reach out to Aluminum Fences Direct to get an update. I have permits waiting on the fence. I have concrete sitting on site (most likely bad now) which was purchased after I was assured they had two manufacturers of aluminum working on my order simultaneously and would have it after that "worse case" six week delay.

And now I am going to be up against winter trying to get this fence installed. If communication was right from the start, it would have completely changed the way I handled and timed this project. I recently read on their website new commercial fence orders are shipping in 6-7 weeks, however, existing commercial fence orders are on back order. How does that make sense?

So I can cancel, reorder, and get my fence faster. (Only problem is, all their prices are marked up since when I had originally ordered in April) Happy to update this review once I receive my fence based on quality, but for now they get zero stars because zero is what I have received.

Mark the owner is a liar and real dirt bag. I ordered fence about 2 years ago.then recently ordered fence to finish the project.well 4 to 6 weeks was the 12 of May.after several emails asking for an update please mark now claims covid and thats the delay. Um, no mark your a distributor not a wholesale and you lie.aside from his nasty email today which I responded in the same manner. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.STAY FAR AWAY.

I have nothing but good things to say about Aluminum Fence Direct! From start to finish, from the design, layout, details, and timely delivery they were excellent to work with, never had a issue with an unanswered question and customer service was top notch. I would recommend their company to anyone! I have to say that the whole process was a pleasure!

The fence came in around the time they stated, and it was in great condition. And installing it was super easily with the help of a few family & friends. It was time to replace our aging wooden fence. After much diligent research, we found Aluminum Fences Direct. We spoke with Mark in their sales department and he was very helpful in helping us design and place the order for all of the materials required to install a new aluminum fence around the perimeter of our pool. We were delighted with the company and the product. The installation was made easier with the adjustable panels that could accommodate the hills in our yard. Mark at customer support was very helpful with layout ideas. We wanted "rounded" corners and he talked us through using these cool corner hinges. They came in handy at the end matching the last piece into place. The.

Company has amazing support. We broke the hinge tension by loosening too much. They sent new hinges at no cost overnight.and it wasn't their fault. We installed the bronze Floridian fence and love how the color blends in better than a black fence. We used a post hole digger attached to our tractor.

Purchasing from Aluminum Fences Direct was very easy. They were very helpful when it came to figuring out what I needed to deal with some very steep terrain in the Texas Hill Country. The fencing worked perfectly and was easy to assemble. I really liked the XP fence, which is keeping all sorts of critters out of my yard, gardens and orchards! Highly recommend this company.

I ordered 246 ft of the 54 Sierra DR fencing and three gates. My shipment contained everything I ordered, nothing was damaged, and it arrived in a timely manner. The assembly instructions were easy to follow for all components (posts, fencing, gates, latches, hinges, etc.). The fence design allows for racking, so it was perfect for my sloped backyard.

For the DIYer, I would recommend purchasing a gas-powered auger and a 6 inch bit for the post holes. I used a 4 inch bit, which did not offer enough variance for proper post placement. I wound up having to use a manual post-hole digger for several holes to accommodate my auger hole deviation.

We ordered our fence from Mark who was very helpful during entire process. Fence was quality product and installed very easy. My neighbors are a little jealous of money I saved and quality of product compared to theirs. Thanks for all your help Mark and will definitely be a repeat customer.
