I would like to leave a review, but when I called and told them what I needed they said "I'm sorry we are declining the business." All I needed was a door alignment which it clearly states on their website as something they do.

Set up an appointment almost a week in advance and the day of the appointment they called and said the technician was on vacation for two weeks and I would have to reschedule. Not only do they give you a broad range of 8-4 pm they waited until the day of the appointment to let me know. I took a whole day off from work for nothing! Very disappointed!

Overcharge! Based upon the reviews I contacted this business to repair or replace my door closer. They said the charge was $95 for a visit plus costs for the fix. This sounded expensive, but again, they had good reviews. A guy came to my store, spent around 15 mins examining the door closer, then said a part was needed and he would be back. Over a week passed with no contact from the company.

I contacted the business again and they said they were still working on my estimate. They then charged me $123.00 for the visit, wanted another $450.00 to do the repair, and said it will take 4-8 weeks for them to return to do the work! I decided to shop around and found a more established business that gave me a FREE estimate, and replaced my door closer within 2 days for half the cost!

(Response to Owner: As I explained to the Tech's manager, I just purchased the home. I didn't know the locks were commercial grade. I asked the manager to waive the trip fee, but he was rude and tried to add-on more fees (reason for the 1 star, No complaints for the Tech). This post is really to tell others to explain what brand/kind of deadbolt/lock you have before a Tech comes out.) Better know what kind of deadbolts/locks you have because they can't rekey all of them. Trip charge is $85 plus tax no matter what.

I am the manager of Creature Comforts Inn, a pet boarding facility in Durham. The customer service and installation were wonderful! The staff are polite on the phone. The installation was done quickly and we are very happy with how it looks. Not too expensive either!

Hardik and his staff at Flying Locksmiths in Raleigh are great! I emailed them about unlocking/removing the lock on my trailer hitch that I lost the keys for. Stopped by the shop in Cary and the guys cut the lock off in about 5 minutes. Did not even charge me for their effort! Great guys, highly recommend them if you need any type of locksmith or security services.

Called Allsec on short notice with broken spring on garage door at 7:00AM. You had repaired completed by 10:00AM. Super response, great repair service, door is up and running well. Allsec tech was prompt, personable, honest, and provided a good deal of information to help us make the best decision, without any push to make a pricier decision. I would highly recommend him!

Allsec technician came out and replaced my broken Torsion spring, Not only did he fix the spring but he looked over the whole door and made some additional adjustments!

Hardik and his team were prompt and ontime! Technicians emailed me prior to the service time and included pictures of who would be peforming service on my locks that day. Upon arrival they were courteous, listened to what I wanted done and then were able to change out my six locks and key to my specs! Price was good and I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

On March 30th, I had The Flying Locksmiths-Raleigh installed an access control system at my retail store. I was pleased with not only their expertise, but their commitment to doing things "the right way". Due to some unexpected issues with the vendor hardware, they contacted the supplier for me, ordered parts and came back a second day with a smile on their faces. Hardik, the owner is extremely customer service oriented and made sure that I was satisfied with my service.

It was clear that he is also a stickler for detailed and regularly came to check on his work crew's progress. The access control system works great, the customer service was second to none and I would highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths. I even plan on using them again for my next store opening!

The locksmith arrived timely and performed his job well. When he arrived he only had one of the keys that he needed to fulfill my request so he cut that key for me and returned a few hours later with another.

Joe and his teammate was the best! Service was fast, affordable and above and beyond pleasant. After calling around to at least ten different places him being my fourth call he came right out. He told me he would come out for free just to take a look and even settled for a price that was in my budget.

I called to set an appointment and they were accommodating until I told them I had a Groupon. Then they told me that it would be 6 days before they would be able to come out.
