Thanks for taking the time to learn more about us. This is really a story about two families and how their paths converged and are now headed in different directions. Jim and Donna Brooks lived in Central OH for the last two decades. After working for GE as a project manager focused on process improvement for 24 years Jim decided to retire and move to Florida with his family.In 2010 Jim and Donna opened All Florida Window Cleaning and worked incredibly hard to build the business from scratch always looking for ways to expand their offering and improve the quality of their services. After about 2 years of operations Jim was asked to clean a customer's roof and never looked back.

Because it is nearly impossible to walk on a tile roof without cracking, breaking or moving the tiles, we NEVER do! Walking on the roof is dangerous for the worker and exposes the homeowner to possible liabilities as well as potentially impacting the warranty on the roof. Our HOA sent out a bunch of letters about dirty roofs and tried to pressure us to use some friend of the guy who runs the board. I'm so glad I went with this company instead. I put in the request on a weekend, and they got back to me almost immediately. They sent me an estimate and scheduled the cleaning date ASAP to meet the HOA deadline. Allied Roof Cleaning was straightforward, honest, fairly priced, showed up exactly on time, and now my house looks like it has a brand new roof!
The cleaning crew (whose names I've unfortunately forgotten :/) were extremely friendly, professional, and explained everything to me. When they were done, they showed me the roof and explained what I was looking at, what was different, and what they'd done.

I knew our roof was dirty but didn't realize how bad it was until we saw it all cleaned up afterwards. It looks brand new. I wish I had taken a before and after photos! The guys did a great job keeping overspray to a minimum and cleaned everything up before leaving. We purchased the extra algaecide pkg. so only time will tell how well that works. Communication was great and the crew showed up on time. Thank you!

This place is TOP NOTCH I forget the two gentalmens names that cam to our home, but they were nothing but professional. They took I the care with our home like it was there's. We had out tile roof gutters and soft, house and driveway all washed. They did a excellent job and our home looks FANTASTIC.if you need any of these services I would recommend thus business.

Allied Roofing did an amzing job cleaning my roof. Our roof is 23 years old so it requried the softwash and couldn't be pressure cleaned. I was amazed at how well the soft wash worked! It looks brand new! They had reasonable rates, great communication, timeliness, and were fast! Will definitely use again! AAA+++

We reached out to Allied Roof Cleaning to to have our two year old home cleaned for the first time. From the first call starting with the office staff, they were extremely responsive and accommodating. Due to our schedule we requested Saturday service. We were expecting to wait a couple weeks, but they proactively called us with an opening and came out that Saturday.
The team that provided the service onsite took great care in protecting our plants by covering them with tarps. They cleaned the roof, house, soffits, gutters, pool screen, pool pavers, and paver driveway. Everything was explained in detail and they were professional and courteous. The results were beyond our expectations. We will absolutely be using the Allied Roofing team in the future and referring them to our friends and family.

We had our roof cleaned and sealed with the 5 year sealant. They were able to come and clean our roof the day after we received our quote and seal it the day after the cleaning. The cleaning and the sealing crews were professional and courteous. They explained the process before they started, listened to any concerns, and answer all our questions.
Both crews were efficient and did a very nice job. The roof looks great. Time will tell if the sealant was worth the added expense. It does have a five year warranty so we are confident if there are any issues with the roof appearance during that period, Allied will come back and fix them.

Allied Roof Cleaning fully met their customer's expectations on their work for us. The two man crew of Lee and William were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They alerted us by phone prior to arrival, they explained the job, were extremely helpful in helping move some items that could have been harmed by the cleaning agent, and put a tarp over my wife's prized flowers.
The result of the cleaning exceeded our expectations. The roof had some tiles replaced before we bought the house a year ago. As a result our roof looked like it had the measles as the new tiles were very different from the original ones. Now you can barely tell the difference. From our first phone call with Vanessa to the completion of their work, Allied Roof Cleaning lived up to their promises and we are very happy customers.

Roof and house cleaning was scheduled on a day that rained. Technicians came out and started job, but had to stop. Called office to reschedule and was told it would be following Wednesday, but if they could get to me on Saturday they would try. Technicians showed up at 9 AM on Saturday to finish and did an excellent job! So happy they were able to get to me, since I had window cleaning scheduled on Monday and didn't want to have to reschedule that.highly recommend!

We've lived in Fort Myers for 9 years. I can honestly say that Allied Roof Cleaning provided the most efficient, hassle free, online friendly, and reasonably priced experience we've had with a service provider down here. They came out and did a great job! The rain stopped them before completion the first day, but they came back in 2 days to finish. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

From the first contact with Amber through the completion of the job Allied Roof Cleaning was top shelf. My crew was Lee, Jeremy and Rob, arrived as contracted and were very professional in completing their assigned task. My home looks sparkling clean from the roof to the house, driveways and windows. Results were outstanding. My roof is as clean as it was when first installed. Workmen called to say they would be about an hour late, which they did and which was no problem to me. They never stepped on the roof tiles, so there are no resulting broken tiles. There has been no damage to the landscaping. Workers heavily watered the plants during and after the application.
