Steve started with a college degree in Solar Engineering, worked in drafting and estimating, and then as a field superintendent and construction manager.

Alliance completed our custom home in 2015; we are VERY happy! We acquired many items from Europe (we are a military family) that were carefully handled and installed. Antique doors from Belgium, glass fixtures from Spain, chandelier from Czech Republic, etc. We also chose wall-mounted toilets and Alliance made it happen. Steve's team did a marvelous job and we'd build with them again!

Brad Ausmus is an amazing architect with unbelievable vision, Steve Hood is a perfectionist builder with a fantastic team of trades who brings ideas to life, and Jean Baldwin was a life saver who spent a lot time helping us to pick out many of the colors, appliances and finishes.

As a team, they all listened to our desires and concerns and let us have the world while still pointing out pro and cons all along the way. We've been in the home for more than 2 years now and we wake up in amazement each day. Thanks!
