Sergei, Appliance Angel of Mercy, came over and saved my entire life (more or less). Not only did he instantly know what was going on with all three appliances that I needed help with, but also, (a) fixed the one that needed a quick fix, (b) advised me, based on my personal usage, whether I needed to make more expensive/involved repairs soon or later, and (c) was totally upfront about all expenses for parts and labor. Emil came to repair my Viking range when I found that it would no longer heat above 350 which was really impacting my new sourdough baking habit! He was able to come for a same day appointment, arrived on time within a short availability window, and even put on shoe covers before walking through the house (in addition to wearing a mask and gloves, of course!).

He was able to diagnose the problem and returned the next day with parts (exactly on time) to complete the service. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He even improved the performance of my burners which wasn't why I called in the first place. I found this company by "throwing a dart at the googIe search" and feel very fortunate to have found such great service. I'll be calling them for any future appliance repair needs!

Our washer broke and within a few hours I was able to call and Book an appointment for the very next day. Dmitriy came for an evaluation was quick to say that unfortunately we really couldn't save our old washer. Our dishwasher was backing up and not draining all the way, so I messaged All Brand Appliance Repair, and they were able to send someone out the next day. Sergei did a great job draining the pump, and now my dishwasher is working again! No more hand washed dishes! He even told me about the Yelp coupon and took a look at my dryer for me and gave me some tips about the lint tray. I appreciate the quick turnaround and honest service.

My Kenmore dryer was running cold air.
Vlad arrived on time. After investigation of the problem he went to get the parts. Then came back, fix the problem and the whole project took 1 hour. Don't have words to thank you guys. Excellent service, very friendly and professionally.

Emil was terrific! Prompt, professional, friendly, caring. He explained exactly what the problem with our oven and fridge were, was able to fix our oven on the spot (he actually had the parts with him- he didn't have to order them- wow!), and has promised to call us back regarding other parts for the stove and fridge. Our washer suddenly stopped going to the spin cycle, mid-wash. This left us with a washer full of water and dirty towels -- not the most ideal situation! I sent out requests to multiple places, and all brand was extremely quick to respond and provide a window to come right away and fix our washer. Extremely friendly, quick and professional -- would 100% recommend and will be using them if we ever have a problem with another one of our appliances.

They told me they cannot fix any three year old Bosch dishwashers. They "can't fix anything that is fairly new" according to the receptionist. She recommended Bay Appliance.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Very responsive in returning my initial call. The tech called me back when he said he would and was on time for his appt. he actually saved us a trip out to the house and time from work to meet home. He diagnosed the problem on the phone. I gave him the make and model info and he ordered he part. He was back the day after the part arrives and installed it quickly and professionally while working around our install issue of the cabinets. Leon was our tech and he did an amazing job.

We have used these guys for about 6 years, they are fantastic. Emil is consistently punctual, efficient and cost effective. He recently diagnosed and fixed a problem with our Miele Dishwasher in less time than it would have taken to get through the switchboard to find someone at Miele! No hesitation in recommending them and Emil in particular.

This is for service, not actual repairs, because the service was to tell me that my dishwasher was too old and broken for it to be worth repairing, and I should just replace it instead. But to me, good advice instead of unnecessary repairs is a really valuable service. So five stars for that.

Emil came, replaced (several parts), and conquered (my 18 year old SubZero fridge that is). These people know their craft. They are competent, courteous and clean. Will use them again when the next appliance needs surgery.

Our Sub-Zero died late on Thursday afternoon and we were able to get a Friday appointment with Emil who diagnosed the significant problem immediately. Although it was not an easy repair, he made the effort to locate an unusual part in his shop on Friday evening and came back to install it on Saturday morning. It is a holiday weekend. Very professional people who know what they're doing. I never thought getting a fridge repaired would be a nice experience.

My Fridge broke this morning and they were here this afternoon, a few hours after I called and an hour before the scheduled appointment. Serge is a straight shooter who told me what was wrong with the circuit board. He went to his truck and he fixed it right away. He even double checked the back of the freezer and steamed out the accumulated ice in the back of the freezer. It was quick and relatively painless. I will use them the next time something in my house breaks.

From the time I called to the time the repairman arrived.evaluated the problem, gave me an estimate and then returned two days later with part in hand and ready to repair my subzero refrigerator. I highly recommend All Brand Appliance Repair. My refrigerator's water switch broke. I requested appointment online. They called me back quickly and scheduled appointment at the time I asked for. Leo called on his way, came right on time and fixed the problem very quickly. This guy really knows what he is doing. He knew what happened immediately after I described the problem. This is the company I will call every time I have an appliance issue. Very reliable, quick and pleasant to deal with.

This is the 2nd I have had Emil to my home to fix my washer/dryer (I have 2 sets). The first time, back in 2012, I had an issue with both my Maytag and Fisher Paykel washers. Two other repair men who came to my home could not identify and fix the issue. Emil was the 3rd guy who came out. Not only did he identify the issues right away, he got the parts ordered and fixed quickly. Emil was just at my home to replace a part on my Fisher Paykel dryer. He was fast and efficient and their prices are reasonable. I can't recommend All Brand Appliance highly enough. Call them first!

After bad experiences in the past, I'm really so grateful to have found All Brand Appliance Repair. These guys are definitely on the top of their game, and were exactly what I needed when my fridge broke down. Quality and speed matter to me -- I love my refrigerator (I know it sounds weird, but I've had it for a long time) and I've long been looking for a specialist who can do sub-zero refrigerator repair, and All Brand Appliance Repair's sub-zero refrigerator repair services really impressed me.

I have a busy life as a career-obsessed professional who's often out and about and can't be sitting at home waiting forever for the repair service, so I was really surprised right from the beginning when the technician showed up within an hour of my call. I really felt like I had a personal on-demand repair services! The guy got to work on my fridge while I did some work on my laptop, and after about ten or fifteen minutes he found the reason why my fridge stopped being cold, he even had a part in his truck, so he was done with repair in about 15 minutes.

He also did some testing to make sure that the fridge was working properly, waited until it cooled down to the appropriate level. You can tell these guys really take their work seriously and are super responsible, which is good because I have high standards! The bottom line is, these guys show up really quickly, get to work without wasting time, come with the right equipment and parts, and know exactly what they're doing. With professionalism like that, you're guaranteed to have the best service.

Our repairman arrived at 9:30 am (with a window from 9-11). He was courteous, helpful, and gave a full explanation about what he was doing, how the problem originated, and how to keep it from happening again. Some people give you a good feeling instantly, and that was the case with this gentleman.

Used this company several times and each time they were prompt, thorough and explained in laymen's terms what happened and what my options are for repair. I will call again when something blows up, because we all know it's going to go south at some point.
