Sean, Nick, and Cameron arrived first thing in the morning to install a new AC system for us on the hottest day so far this year. Despite having to suffer (seriously!) in the attic for much of the day, they completed their work, never once complained and were both extremely professional and friendly. By the end of the day, we had a new system that is running perfectly and we are so grateful! I highly reccommend Airquip services and especially Sean, Nick and Cameron. My entire experience with Airquip - start to finish - was great! My sales consultant, Michael Bessette, provided me with a wealth of information in order to make an informed decision on my central AC installation. I had four prior appointments with and quotes from other local HVAC companies but none of the consultants were as thorough or as professional as Michael. Michael was patient with all my questions and always immediately responsive to my follow up calls.

On the day of installation, Nick arrived promptly at 8:30, my scheduled install time. I immediately noticed how neat and organized he kept his truck. Nick and Sean were pleasant to work with and respectful of my home and property. They answered all of my questions upon completion of the AC install. I highly recommend Airquip for your HVAC needs! And have already done so to several of my friends.

From the original consultation with Corey to our installation with Brad, Nick, Gary and Brandon, our experience has been wonderful. Corey was great at explaining the different tier levels of equipment. I was called the night before install and told that the team would arrive between 8:30 and 9;00am. They were all here by 8:15am and worked until 6:00pm installing my new furnace, A/C unit and thermostat.

When they left, they had thoroughly cleaned up all traces that they'd been here. I'd like to say that it was truly a pleasure working with all of them. Each one was professional, kind and really patient (this part came in when they had to teach us how to use the new thermostat). Thank you to the team for making this whole process so easy!

From start to finish this company was great. I received quotes from two different companies and Airquip provided a better system at a lower price. Corey was very informative, detailed and helpful in picking the best product for our space. Sean and Nick who installed the system were courteous, friendly and professional. When my aging furnace finally croaked in the middle of winter Jack and Brad were on hand to save the day! My new quiet, efficient furnace and humidifier were up and running in just a few hours. The price quoted was very reasonable with no pressure to up-sell or replace anything that didn't need to be replaced. The technicians were on time, left no mess and hauled away the heavy old equipment and packaging materials. They even took the initial payment for service call off my final bill, so I'm a happy customer.

I had just purchased a new home and we got a few quotes from a bunch of different HVAC tech's. Corey, the sales rep that was our contact point, was able to whip up 3 different quotes with a bunch of different optional addons. It impressed us on how fast he was able to provide us so many quotes. Our expected installation was about a month out, due to COVID supply chain issues.

I had received a phone call the night before service to inform me how many people were to arrive. 4 guys showed up at about 8:30am on Thursday. Mike, Sean, Gary, and Nick were on site to replace the water heater, replace the old 4" ducts with the newer 6" standard size ducts, and install the new Trane AC unit. Friday was the finalization of the duct work, and only two of the guys showed up.

They cleaned up and got the AC working wonderfully. Within an hour the AC was able to cool off the 86 degree ambient temperature down to a comfortable 70 degree. My family and I could not be happier and we will contact Corey soon to give us an estimate to replace our furnace.

The Airquip installation representatives, Jerry and Sean, performed an excellent installation of my new air conditioner on Thursday, August 22. They were professional and very knowledgeable and worked as a team besides being punctual. They had excellent work ethics! When the job was completed they were fantastic at cleaning up all the trash and removing it from the premises. You can tell both of these gentlemen "love" the profession they have chosen!

I had the team of Gary and Jerry install my AC System. They did a wonderful job working outside and in dealing with some pretty hot and humid conditions on Wednesday. They were here over 5 hours and didn’t even stop to take a break. Very professional answered all my question and were attentive and warm toward my dogs. Highly recommend!

We had a furnace/air installed on 4/26/19. The installers Jeff,Jerry and Matt were very professional and easy to work with. They arrived promptly and took great care in keeping my carpets protected. As a person in Real Estate sales I am always looking for service vendors that I can recommend to my customers. In this case I needed service for my house. I needed my Hi E furnace serviced and inspected.

The new system is quiet and efficient. The temp levels in the upstairs rooms in my home are evenly heated and close to the temp on the first floor. The contractor is a conscientious individual and I trust his opinions and recommendations. I have referred him to my friends and they will agree to the aforementioned.
