SHYTERS!! Avoid at all costs!

Tried to take advantage of my elderly in-laws who are also not native English speakers.

Furnace was not working. Guy who came out pokes around killing time and told my father-in-law that the computer board had failed and too expensive to replace and set up appointment for another guy to come out to replace the whole furnace at cost clost to $10,000! I zoomed with my father-in-law and the board was clearly working fine and it was just the igniter needed replaced!

The contractor was very helpful in answering a number of questions and concerns regarding our furnace and duct work. He was of real help in furthering my understanding of our system and giving us maintance tips.

The contractor air quality was very knowledgible and friendly. I felt at ease talking to him and even though Trane is a little more expensive than some others on the market, I was convinced that I would get a quality product and job, which I did. I will tell my friends about them.

Our 2 year old Bryant furnace started having inconsistent issues, not starting and throwing error code 31. We called these guys out, they spent 55 minutes troubleshooting and they were still not 100% sure what the issue was (they narrowed it down to 3 possible things).

AC was not fixed properly the first visit. They came back the next day and advised the thermostat was programmed at 80. Prior to his visit there was no such setting! I'm now being charged a full service call for nothing done in my error.
