Air Experts were professional, gave the best price and overall friendly who will explain EVERYTHING so you can understand. Miguel was awesome and his team delivering a new AC/Heating Unit. They installed the unit, provide additional services to ensure the unit was installed correctly and did above and beyond on performance.

I had other AC companies provide quotes, most of them didn't offer promotions, or ignored key areas, but not this company. I had 8 other companies come by and provide quotes, Air Experts was the company that beat them all. I have used this service several times and always have been very happy with the service I received. Miguel is very fair with his pricing and he fixes what needs to be fixed and offers suggestions on what you need to do in the future. A lot of times women will get taken for a ride on the prices but I feel he is very fair with his prices and will use him again.

Migual was friendly and professional while working on the AC/Heater unit. He followed through on his words on scheduling. He replaced AC part that was going bad so we wouldn't have AC issues when the HOT weather arrives. I entered a contact with him to keep providing professional and friendly service to keep my AC/Heater working. I really Iike the fact that he keeps his word on scheduling and not keeping me waiting or give me a wide range of time when he could arrive.

Miguel got to me quickly on time very professional and didn't make me look at every little thing I didn't want to I just wanted it fixed and he fixed it and explained what I wanted to know. For 1st time I feel confident I have my AC & Heating person I can trust & go to. I was secretly 100% prepared I would need a new AC unit and it was great that was not the case. That would have been a heavy expense I was not prepared to swallow. Highly recommend.

Miguel did a great job! When I first called Air Experts, I really liked that Miguel (The Owner) actually answered the phone himself and was able to schedule a visit right away. Miguel came out within a few hours that evening and quickly determined the problem. He presented us with several resonable repair options. Great company. They have easy appt scheduling and will even set up to remind you before you service agreement ends. Technicians are the best. Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do not sell you what you don't need. They let you know where everything stands with your unit. Tech are on time. Prices are great.

My AC units had conked out, and I remembered Miguel from the last time I had called him. He was good last time, and I had no hesitation in contacting him again. He came out promptly, and found the source of the problem very quickly and efficiently.

We are doing a lot of updating on our 75 yo home in Olmos Park, believe me, we have been dealing with a LOT of contractors for the many things that need to be done. Air Experts and Miguel is a breath of fresh air, (no pun intended). He and his crew showed up on time when they said they would, replaced our aging AC system with a quality unit at a very fair price, paid attention to details my wife is picky about, stayed late until the job was done to make sure all was working perfectly, and cleaned up after themselves!

I was very impressed by the way his helpful crew kept us informed about everything they were doing as they went along with the installation. Miguel pointed out things that needed to be done to make it right, such as adding disconnects at the compressor where there was none before. And they did this all within the budget we agreed on. My AC unit isn't that old so they checked to see the broken part was under warranty and it was! They could have ripped me off and I would never have known.

Miguel has come out twice now at inconvenient times; once after 6:30pm during the heat of the summer, and once again early Sunday morning during the first near freeze of the year. He's been honest, approachable about concerns, and aware of budgets.

Got off work last night to come home and find AC went out. Initially, I called Jon Wanye and set up an appointment between 10 and 2. Well, at 3:45 no repair guy and no courtesy call that he was running late. I called them to find out what was going on. I was told the tehnician was held up at a previous job and as soon as someone else became available they would send them out.
