I had some work done to my kitchen and bathrooms. We added a shiplap wall along with redoing our entire bathroom. ARS did an amazing job! They are reliable, honest, hardworking and know how to do the proper work. I highly recommend them to anyone as they were very affordable compared to a lot of other contractors! You will not be disappointed.

I used ARS to remodel a master bath shower. They were easy to work with and very responsive. All of the subcontractors they used were top-notch. The project took a little longer than initially estimated, but I do not think the delays were the fault of ARS - there were some difficulties obtaining materials that were beyond their control. Bottom line - my shower looks beautiful, and the cost was reasonable.

I needed a bathroom remodel done and Affordable Renovation Services came highly recommended from a friend who had used them for a kitchen remodel. The price and what I should expect of them was very clear and transparent. They made the process quick, easy, and most importantly affordable. They also made sure to keep me updated through the whole process. I love my new and updated bathroom!

Affordable Renovation Svcs. llc. in San Antonio ABANDONED OUR JOB! After unsatisfactory work on our bathroom remodel, they decided it wasn't worth their effort to finish. Per the owner, "We've exhausted all our efforts at this point. The guys tell us one and do another, they are being uncooperative and we are having trouble getting a hold of them." My yard is a mess and we are left trying to find subs to finish our job. Plumber put NO MUD under our tub then lied about it, reversed the cartridge in our shower valve, cracked our tile and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

New slab was poured uneven with existing so now our floor slants so badly we can't put a cabinet on it unless we want to shave down the back legs. We asked that no heavy equipment be used on our driveway. We have video of their bobcat driving on it. We were left with no ac/heat in our new ducts. The list is quite extensive. Bottom line, this company was extremely unprofessional, non-skilled and unethical.in addition to running 2 months past the due date. Owner ceased contact when he no longer wanted to be responsible for his work. They broke our contract without our approval.

We hired AR to renovate our kitchen. Although the completion took longer than expected due to unavoidable delays, we are very pleased with the results. The only negatives were with the initial contracted plumbing company, but overall the work the individual contractors performed was excellent.

So far, everything is great. They have been working there for probably about six weeks and they have done great. Everyone is professional and reliable. The price is average for what they are doing. Everything has been perfect.

Had fence stained/sealed, wasn't happy with color I chose, Affordable Remodeling recommended new color and fixed. Really good customer service, Affordable Remodeling ensures 100% customer satisfaction.

Roof repair on rear side of house: Pull shingles, trim, siding. Insert new flashing, tar paper, Touch-up paint if needed. Interior master bedroom wall damage due to roof leak: Remove drywall, tape, float, and texture to match. Paint entire ceiling (1 coat) and all walls (2 coats). Room content manipulation and plastic off areas to be textured and painted.

Anthony came to our home and looked at the bedroom to be painted. We had purchased a groupon for $99 for a $399 value. We asked him to quote us a price for removing the bathtub in our guest bathroom. We agreed to the quote and was told the amount of time it would take to complete the entire project. They began the work the following week and completed the work as planned.

I was completely satisfied with the painting of my guest room, and I am very picky about painting. He did a beautiful job, two coats of the paint I had selected, filled in picture holes and I did have two large holes from a shelf bolted in the wall that he filled and patched and you can't even see. Perfect ceiling lines, no paint on baseboards.

This company has not answered their voice mail or has returned my call?

Might have something to do with my mother's address, which I did ask if there would be a problem with distance and the answer was no? This is an Angie's List Company that we found. a bad way to do business? Warning: if you plan to do some repair work or renovations and plan to spend a great deal of money do not go to this company, save your time and money and go to Lone Star State Construction they do what they say they are going to do. They show up at the scheduled appointment place and on time!
