I called Admiral Locksmith on a Friday morning in an emergent situation. They told me it may be 30 minutes or more before a locksmith could get to me, which was more than acceptable. I got a phone call about 15 minutes later, and Mason was on the way! He arrived quickly and very professional. He made sure everything was in proper working order and got the job done super fast! He changed 12 locks in like 20 minutes (in the pouring rain, I might add!). Best experience ever and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have a very sticky lock and was ready to just get my deadbolt replaced but I spoke with DREW on the phone and he suggested I try a simple home remedy before I go paying $75 for a service call. His instructions led me to a lock with no problems free of charge. This guy is looking out for his customers. I have used Admiral in the past to change my locks after someone broke in as well. The locksmith was timely, professional, and actually did more investigation around the house than the police did to confirm how he got in. Great company.

I use these guys any time I need a key or a lock worked on. They're always really nice and their prices are pretty good too. Their shop is really easy to get in and out of and it's always nice and clean. They even made me one of those keys with the computer chips in it and it worked perfectly.for about half of what the Ford dealer wanted to charge me! I recommend them to everyone.

Great service! I called late on a Thursday afternoon, and the guy I spoke to was apologetic that he couldn't get anyone out there that night. I wasn't even expecting that; I was wanting someone the next day. He told me they had a lot of calls for the next day so it might be late morning. It was all of 9 AM when the locksmith arrived. He checked out my door locks and offered several options for replacement, with explanations of pros and cons of each. The whole job was done inside of an hour. It doesn't get any better than this. We had a great experience with Admiral Security. Cody was quick, courteous, and professional. We needed a Schlage lock (deadbolt) rekeyed and 6 locks keyed to the same key (3 deadbolts, 3 handles). The whole thing was quick and our formerly troublesome locks operate much smoother than they had previously. The price was well under what we had expected and the amount of time it took to get the whole thing completed was also much less than we had anticipated.

This is my second experience with Admiral, though this time was a much more involved job. Having had two great experiences, I can't recommend this place highly enough. I will surely use them again in the future.

It was a time of deep desolation and embarrassment. I found myself in need of a locksmith, who would arrive swiftly. We called Admiral Security after rattling each house window and door and trying to reach our fingers past the doggy door. My boyfriend and I even placed bets on how quickly they would come--settling on perhaps the conservative conjecture of within 3 hours.

Much to our surprise, they arrived within FIFTEEN minutes! The locksmith (on the phone and in person) was professional, fast and courteous. And while we hope to never find ourselves in this situation again, we will call them if the need arises! I highly recommend them.

Their big sign says "Lock Shop, " so don't drive past like I did. I went here because I needed a new car key made. The newer car keys have computer chips in them and only lock shops with special equipment can make them. They were fast, up front about the cost and really nice. I like supporting the local guys better than home depot. AND, they have those awesome "rock" and "water sprinkler" key hiders for sale.
