I am happy to recommended Adaptive Environmental. Kristy did a great job for us. Very responsive, professional and informative.

Well a guy named Tanner came and spent about 15 minutes talking to me, just for me not to get the service that I paid for and I wanna cancel any future visits. He explained to me all the different bugs his services kill. We have a really bad fly problem outside the home that we are renting and I often sit outside with my dog in the garage, but when I do, I'm constantly fighting flies.

He even pointed out a wasp nest in the top of the roof that is still there. He said that his guy would knock all of that down. It didn't happen. I called Tanner back the next day and ask him how long does the stuff that he uses to spray the yard usually take affect, he wasn't sure about that, but he assured me that he would have someone revisit the following day, that didn't happen either.

I'm still fighting flies and the wasp next still hangs minding it's business. I don't think the guy that came out actually did anything but walked around the property. I was out of town when they came out, but my mom did say that she saw the guy walk around the property. Tanner is a great sales guy, but I don't know what happened here. I'd actually like my money refunded to my account and to cancel any future business with this company, but that probably won't happen.

My mom even asked the guy if he put fly stripes out in the garage and he told her yes, but there are no visible signs that he did. I spent about $90 buying stuff, just for flies. Tanner is a really nice guy, but don't let the long sales talk fool you.

I highly advise everyone and anyone not to use Adaptive Environmental Testing Consultants. Kristy is very unprofessional and missed three toxic molds in our on post housing. She even went as far as to reference to Fort Hood Environmental and Energy manager that the hot water closet had suspected fungal growth and debris and need to be cleaned. She avoided every area of concern because she did not have appropriate equipment to enter contaminated areas.

She used our garbage bags as a containment for our sons bed not to get contaminated and that obviously did not keep mold off my son's pillows. We had further bulk testing done that revealed Stachybotrys, Penicillium/Aspergillus, and Chaetomium. Three extremely dangerous mycotoxin producing molds in 5 different locations in the home. One being the water closet she observed and told housing needed to be cleaned immediately.

I have attached pictures because any indoor air quality test is only accurate if they know the history of the home and inspect every area of concern. In which she failed to do even after being asked to.

Brian and Kristy and phenomenal to work with. Their knowledge about the mold industry is incredible and any mold calls we get for testing they are the first company we call. They both practice integrity and honesty and put their clients first for any mold testing needs. Exceptional people to work with!

Kristy and Brian explained the process very well, were timely in all our interactions with them. Overall, they were great to work with. I highly recommend Adaptive Environmental Consulting of Texas - DFW.

Adaptive has been very prompt and professional in my dealings with them. It's nice to have an ethical company I can rely on in such a sensitive industry.

I would Highly recommended to anyone who needs any air testing completed. They came in and did the inspection, and had my protocol back to me in 4 days of me making my very first call to this company. I was amazed by the protocol. I felt very complfortable and valued as a customer!

I was very pleased with the process. I learned a lot about mold issues and felt like I understood what needed to be done and a fair price for the services. I would hire them again and refer them to my friends.

Adaptive Environmental was excellent to work with. On time, performed exactly as planned, flexible to work with, and excellent knowledge towards any questions we had. I shopped around and they where reasonably priced. If you have a problem in your home you need to call them!

Kristie and Brian are amazing! So professional and kind and patient and extremely thorough! The whole mold process can be so frustrating and scary and they make you feel at ease and help you through the whole process! Can't say enough good things about them! PERFECTION!
