Had a terrific experience with Ace installing a new C.H.I. garage door system. The installer was highly professional and meticulous with respect to the quality of workmanship.

Ace was great! Super easy to schedule online. They even applied the tune up coupon from the local ad that I found them through without me having to ask. Geff was fantastic! He arrived at the scheduled time, explained all the recommendations before doing the work and was super fast, professional, and courteous. My garage door was noisy as heck and now it's quiet as a mouse! Thank you Ace and Geff! A+++

Was able to schedule an appointment as soon as I called. Technician came out as scheduled and completed the install of a new opener quickly and efficiently. He made sure the opener was lubricated and calibrated. Walked me through the set up of mobile app and set up the entry code on new entry pad. I thought it was fairly priced.

Wonderful Experience, I called late one day the crew were there the next day with the parts and fixed my door. They serviced the door and offered some advise for parts that might need replacing soon before they go bad. The cost was not bad either. The men were very polite.

I highly recommend Ace! They did an excellent job at replacing the garage door springs! Their fees are very reasonable. I got scheduled right away and they showed up right on time and the tech was awesome! Great job!

When things go bad. many reviews are based on things going according to plan. We had our new opener installed months ago and it was great. The motor seized up this week and ace came out and took care of it! They stood behind their service and the opener which of course they did not make! Still very pleased that we found this company and would recommend them to anyone.

I had such a great experience with Ace Garage! They repaired my garage and left it better than it was before. Every one I spoke with was extremely professional, kind, and worked very quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I've always had a good experience with this company. There are highly responsive (2 out of 2 repairs done on the same same day that I called), they do quality work and they are reasonably priced. I find that they don't try to oversell equipment and they will only recommend replacing parts that actually need to be replaced. Upselling replacement equipment or repairs, and recommending unneeded replacement parts is a big problem in the garage door repair industry. Ace is a good company to work with if you would like to avoid the industry's B.S.

I had been working with a previous Garage Door company who had been doing maintenance on my Garage. Though this last time after the technician left the repair didn't last. I felt it was time for a change. I reached out to Ace Garage Door & Opener. They were extremely helpful and asked questions regarding the issue so that they understood the problem.

They immediately scheduled an appointment for me today. The Technician, Victor, showed up an hour earlier than promised which worked better with my schedule. He was able to come in and assess what exactly needed to be repaired. The repair was completed in 45 minutes and afterwards everything is now working better than it has since I purchased my Home.

The Garage equipment is fairly old and I will be looking to Ace Garage Door & Opener in the future once I am ready to upgrade. I feel it is safe to say they are now my go to shop for all maintenance needs.

Ace was very responsive. They came out to service my garage door the same day of my call. One of my two counter springs had broken. Ace provides a lifetime warranty on those springs. So, the part was free. I only had to pay for the service call. The service technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why he needed to do it, He replaced the spring, inspected my door and lubricated the rollers in less than an hour and I was good to go.

Great company I would recommend them. Left a message on the website in the evening, received a call first thing the following morning. I was told someone could come out around 9-9:30 that morning. The technician Victor sent a text message let me know when he would arrive. Thinking I only needed a bracket I was given a quote on the phone, for the price of the service call and bracket.

The technician quickly pointed out the broken spring we didn't even look at or notice. Did notice that we could not lift the door it's way to heavy without the spring. The technician had everything with him to replace the springs and adjusted the garage door opener which was heavy hitting as it opened and closed before he came out. He also tightened down most of the screws on the hurricane straps. Victor was very professional and went over and beyond. Also got a military discount.

This is a long overdue review of Ace Garage Door and Opener services. I was getting my house painted and wanted to replace two panels of my existing garage door. I am getting ready to sell my house and also wanted a new door opener. Two wonderful young men came to my house to check out what I needed, they were very knowledgeable about their products and did not try to oversell me.

One of the employees told me one of the other workers had already done a Google map search of my house to see what I may need and to ensure they had the panels in stock. I quickly received an estimate via email and once approved, the two gentlemen returned and made my door look like new and the opener installed is perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend Ace Garage Door and Opener for all your garage door needs. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and efficient.

Very pleased with Ace Garage Door & Opener. Had gotten multiple quotes to replace my single garage door.not only were they the cheapest--they were only one who came to my home to give me free quote. I also had garage door opener that had not worked for years-rather than try to sell me a new one - Danny, their salesman, gave me a very reasonable quote to repair opener.

The crew who did install were great reps for their company. They were very pleasant and did a great job in a very timely matter. Having a lifetime warranty is a plus too. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was in a jam with a busted garage door falling off the tracking, and Dan was able to make a house call within 2 hours to save the day. The work was finished within an hour or so, and it was as good as new. I'm glad I found these guys on Google search. Their online reviews (outside of Yelp) are very high. The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly. Called Ace around 10 am and they were at my place within an hour and well equipped. No wait necessary for parts. They replaced my spring quickly. I opted for an additional service (wheel replacement) since they were there and it was also done quickly.

Great experience, once again! Today was a repair to our garage door opener (what a blessing to not have to replace the whole thing!) and a replacement keypad that we had worn out. Danny has also replaced our springs.

I called Ace around 4pm in the afternoon, they offered to come out right then to fix our garage door. I set up an appt. for 2 days later and they gave me a window from 9-11am for the technician to arrive. Danny, the technician arrived promptly at 9:00 am and had the door fixed within 30 minutes.

I just wanted to thank you guys for doing such a great job for my moms garage. As this is the safest way for her to enter her home at night. The cost was great and service impeccable!
