I highly recommend Above All Pool Care. I was in the process of moving and selling my home. I was not at the house for several months. Every time I communicated with Ken, he was prompt in his response and took care of the pool needs. They are professionals. This is not a knock but the service is a bit pricey.but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

After being told our pool pump needed replacement, we contacted Ken to see what he could do to help us out. He took the time to troubleshoot our issue with my husband via text and we were able to get things going again. He was very helpful. We would definitely use him again if we need repairs.

I hired Above All Pool Care to diagnose and repair my Hayward Saltwater Pool Chlorinator that has been buzzing and vibrating on the side of my house for the past 5 years since I moved in. I had hired other pool repair companies in the past who told me that was normal. I had 5 electronic boards replaced over the past 5 years since the unit was overheating and not working properly. Ken diagnosed the problem as the voltage regulator needed replaced and the rectifier was incorrectly wired. 5 different pool companies and my regular pool maintenance company could not figure out what was wrong and it was never repaired properly until Above All Pool Care fixed the problem.

I called them since they specialize in saltwater pools and systems. I did my own research online for the problems I was having and realized others had the same problem, but never got their same problem resolved, most just replaced the whole unit. A simple wiring mistake stumped 5 different pool repair companies, over 5 years until Ken at Above all Pool Care figured it out.

Awesome service! I had a leak in one of my pool pipes and was in desperate need to get someone out to fix it as I was going out of town in a couple days. After calling several companies, I called Above All Pool Care and left a message. Ken called me back within 10 minutes and said he could send someone out the next day, Ken's guys came out and fixed my issue within an hour. We have been clients of Above All Pool Care for 5+ years. Ken and his crew have been amazing. The company comes out weekly to service our pool and hot tub. We love that they always come as scheduled. They are also great at identifying issues and notifying us so we can get them fixed. Ken is great at troubleshooting even the more complex issues and is fair in his pricing of repairs.

We have monthly service with another local pool company that we've had numerous issues with. When our pool pump when out, we got a quote from our monthly service company and wanted a second opinion. I contacted Ken with Above All Pool Care and he seemed much more knowledgeable and honest. He quoted the pool pump as well as giving me other advice that our regular service provider never provides about general set up and maintenance.

Due to the holiday, our replacement appointment was schedule a little further out after the pump actually broke, but Ken's son came to check on the chemical balance in between at no charge. Our replacement pump is set up so much better and we had a great experience with Ken and his son. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They do high quality work, are friendly, offer advice and tips above and beyond what is typical, and have competitive pricing. Do not take short cuts and go with someone else!

Love these guys, they really do go above and beyond. I've had Ken and his guys out on multiple occasions and each time they've been helpful, honest, and informative. Just today Ken came out to repair my motor, or so I thought.

I have dealt with Ken on two separate occasions. The first time, he came out and did an acid wash on my pool and it came out sparkling! (Another pool company had told me I needed to replaster it). The second time, he came out and fix all my leaks.

Excellent experience and would highly recommend Above All. Light was out in pool and wanted to get that fixed and a full DE filter cleaning but the service is fantastic and I ended up using them to sand blast the calcium line and acid wash the pool.

The motor on my pump recently went out on me and I was frantically calling people today trying to find someone to fix it same day. Talk about impossible, everyone I called said it would be at least a couple of days before they could get someone out to look at it.

I just bought a house with a pool and no idea what I was doing. I found these guys on Craigslist. They came out, drained the pool, pressure washed it (looks beautiful), replaced a broken coupling and valve and refilled it for $400.
