Freezer quit. Technician showed up on time and immediately started analyzing freezer issues. He found a problem quickly ( abt 10 minutes), got a part from truck and installed it. All worked as it should. Abt 30 minutes totally. Service: Repair freezer

Update to my review per the company's request. They did refund the $360.00 I paid to them, and it has hit my account. A different company fixed the fridge in the same day, and it has been working fine since. After the fridge side of my side by side quit holding temp in the later part of June, I called this company. He came out, looked for 5 minutes, said my dampner was out and that will be $ 360.00 for a new one. Paid and it was ordered.

Same guy came back out to install, said to leave closed for 12 hours and will be fine. Well it still wasn't working after the 12 hours, still constantly beeping. Called, sent the same guy back out, looked at it, mumbled something about the door, said not to open for 12 hours, still beeping after 12 hours again. Called again. Sent the same guy out again, this time he worked on the freezer side, said he couldn't believe he didn't see that before, and again said wait 12 hours after working on it.

Well after 12 hours the temp was holding but then the water in my door quit working after this last trip within 24 hours and my milk was frozen. Then last night the ice maker quit making ice, which the water in the door and ice worked fine until his last trip out here. This fridge is barely 5 years old. The office staff, each time I had to call back, acted irritated that I kept calling, trust me, it's the last thing I wanted to have to do.

So I paid $ 360.00 to fix a fridge not holding temp on fridge side, but now I am stuck with a fridge with a ice maker that doesn't work anymore or water from the door. Use caution when considering using this company I called another company as I cannot trust this one, they would send the same guy out again who can't get it right after multiple visits.

Dustin was just great.worked quickly but made sure all was done correctly and made sure we knew what was needing repair and how it would be done. He got the job done in a very reasonable time and made sure all was working correctly and asked if there was anything else.he also was very conscious of not making a mess and cleaned up what was needed before he left. I would absolutely recommend him and ask for him if we ever need another repair.

Very happy with the service to my washing machine by John Beckner. The issue was a known problem with Samsung machines, but with no resolution provided by the manufacturer. John did the research to find a solution that had me up and running again in a couple of days. Without his solution, a new machine was my next step. It's a few months since the repair and no reoccurrence of the problem.

Over the weekend, our GE oven stopped working unexpectedly and we scrambled to find someone that could come out as quickly as possible to repair it. Able Appliance responded quickly and was able to get us on the schedule within a couple of days. Dustin was very professional and talked me through what the issue was and how much the repair would cost. From start to finish, I think he was only here for 30 minutes so fast and friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone with appliances needing some love.

Our kitchen oven suddenly quit working. We had previous experience with Able Appliance Repair regarding a refrigerator problem so we called them to see what this issue might be. The technician, Jaramie, diagnosed the problem readily, checked the availability of repair parts, discussed our options of repair or replacement and ordered a new control system.

Tim was wonderful. He kept trying to locate correct cover. No longer available. But he gave me a great suggestion for the old one. So far so good. Will call you all again.

Zach did a great job fixing our Samsung refrigerator. Another appliance repair company had been trying to address the problem for over 6 months with multiple visits and gave up. Zach identified the root cause and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. Able Appliance also had a ice-maker in stock that multiple other companies said was no longer available.

Called you to repair my Whirlpool dryer after I was told it would be five days until A&E could get to me. Had someone here in less than 24 hours and got the dryer up and running in less than 30 minutes.

On 14 April 2017 Derick came to diagnosis our ailing dryer. He called before arriving and was exactly on time. He was personable, professional, and extremely informative. I learned a great deal about dryers and this will inform our next purchase. A part had to be ordered. Derick returned on Thursday the 20th, as he said, again calling ahead of time and arriving promptly.

I've had 2 great experiences with Able! This time I needed an AC repair and they came the next day right on schedule and fixed the issue the first trip out and the guys are friendly and quick. Thanks!

I was very impressed by the service I received by their service tech Joshua Oldfield. He was thorough, quick, on-point and friendly. I had several appliances (ac unit and stove) that they serviced. Able Appliance were careful not to over charge us.

Jim arrived at the time he said he would, completed his analysis of my dishwasher problem and prepared a bid to complete the work all within about 15 minutes. I elected to complete the repair myself and he answered my questions and offered guidance to complete the work. Not only was Jim knowledable, but he was also most pleasant.

My dryer wasn't heating. I called Able Monday morning. I wasn't available Tuesday morning so they said he would be here after 2 on Tuesday and he was. he even called when he was on his way. My dryer is old so he didn't have the part with him - said he'd be back between 11 & 2 the next day and he was & called when he was on his way. Dryer is fixed.
