We've (spouse + myself) got a leak somewhere in the roof that finally debuted in the living room. Called these guys because they're a 24/7 company and we don't f around with water damage. We wanted it handled ASAP. Contractor was great! He was on time, gave us a thorough inspection both inside and outside the house, and then stated he'd email us an itemized list & quote either that same day or the next day. Welp, we're going on nearly a week and have heard nothing.

No quote. No list. Not even the courtesy of a return phone call (despite leaving a couple of voicemails ourselves). Though we've accepted that we've been forgotten and have moved on (again, we don't f with water damage), we're incredibly disappointed in this company. Yes, I've seen the positive reviews. I was so excited to have found what appeared to be a good company to not screw us over but nope.

Reality strikes again! *The company added a comment there's no one under "this name" who made this request- which makes complete sense as my SPOUSE called the contractor come out.*

They did a great job! Went above and beyond with trying to help us figure out everything that was wrong and get it fixed!

Good things come to those who wait.so whomever needs any house repairs now or in the near future, I would like to recommend ABC restoration, Inc. for quality on workmanship, courteous staff, and experienced crew. Not to mention that company works with Insurances who have them listed as their Top 5 picks all around the Houston area. Our project took weeks to complete but at the end it all end up to be a win win situation. I will never use ABC restoration ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone else. My experience with them was horrible and it lasted 8 months. Their estimator Brian is a dishonest man. I could never get a hold of him or get a response from him in a timely manner. It cost me $5600 to get my shower redone and that does not include shower doors. They cannot even do showers doors. Also, I found out through another contractor that hardiebacker is to be used in wet areas well, they installed green board!

They are not professional and they do not care about your home. When I confronted him about how I was not pleased with my shower he lost his temper and threw a fit in my home and stood in my face and yelled. If you decide to use this company, Good luck because you will need it.

Our experience with ABC Restoration was an absolute nightmare. What was to be a 2 week job took over 73 DAYS to complete! We had a water leak that had damaged our floor. We had selected laminate flooring as a replacement. We noticed that after 2-3 weeks on the job the floor was very very uneven. We brought in experts that we paid to look at it and they said something was very wrong and fishy.

The project manager and one of the higher ups in the company insisted that over time the laminate flooring will settle don't worry ( which was a huge lie/coverup). After staying on top of the crew and project manager i skipped work to convince them to take apart a very uneven area only to discover CARDBOARD underneath the laminate! Yes cardboard! I was in complete shock.

The material they used was complete garbage. Upper level management blamed the crew (3-4 diff ones) but we caught them all in a huge lie with the videos and pics i collected. The job was redone but we missed so much work and had to check up on their staff almost everyday, not to mention the stress and lot's of damaged furniture and property (garage pics included that damaged our property). Management has failed to fully reimburse us for our losses as of today.

Great People and Amazing Work! My Bathroom needed some repair and restoration work done. The team came out was efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. Good stuff keep it up guys!

Very comparable in price and their quality is amazing! We wanted a small remodel done and not only did they provide a detailed bid back quickly, they were able to quickly start and finish. Any question their staff was able to answer and I'll definitely be using them again.

I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT use this company, spare yourself the time and hardship! We have had the WORST experience with ABC Restoration. Our repairs took this company from November to March to finish their job. Here are some highlights of our Workers don't call, come late, or don't show up at all. They spilled Coke all over our floor, never cleaned up with nails and debris everywhere, broke down our baby gate and never called to tell us.

They splattered paint on our floors and curtains, it took them 4 tries to repair our drywall with the texturing and 3 times to paint the room adequately. They tried to hide poor texturing with paint. Their paint is sloppy and everything had to be redone or touched up. EVERYTHING. It took them two tries to install new doors/door frames and had to have it all redone by another employee. NOW - we just had water pouring in from the top of our door.

We had another company come to determine the cause and make the repairs. They found that it is due to the door being installed incorrectly. and instead of caulk around the frame ABC Restoration used NOTEBOOK PAPER TO STUFF around the door as insulation to save money. This is why we have water coming into our house from the top of the door frame on heavy rains. We are paying thousands to redo what we already paid ABC to do - a hideous job!

Recently your staff and crew completed water damage repairs to my home. I wanted to let you know I am very pleased and thankful for their assistance in working with Allstate and the quality of professionalism in making the repairs. Believe John, Brent, Clyde and crew are deserving of recognition of their performance.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for your hard work. After Hurricane Dolly, our offices were flooded and I was worried that the repairs would put me further behind with my work schedule. My worries were for nothing. your crew came in and very professionally fixed our problems. The flooded offices are just as they were before the storm.

As a consumer surveyor, I am really impressed with the company They go above and beyond to help you with your needs. I highly recommend them. They help you at your convienence and before you know it your back to normal or as even better than you were before. Such an uplifting and positive experience.

Avoid this company like the plague!. If there was a 0 stars rating, ABC Restoration would get it. They were invited by, and accompanied my insurance adjuster to review roof damage that was leaking into our home. Once we found that the damage was not covered by insurance and we'd be paying for the job ourselves, the ABC guy seemed a lot less interested in our business.

He said he'd get the estimate to me the next day. This was 3 weeks ago. I've followed up with calls and emails to others at ABC. Still no meaningful responses or estimates. They clearly don't want our business, and worse, aren't adult or professional enough to just say so. Even a quick email to encourage me to look elsewhere would have saved me a lot of time and headache. If you can't follow up with customers you shouldn't be in business. Thanks for nothing ABC. Hope the rest of your business is just as profitable.
