AAA Garage Door

We needed an emergency garage repair. Setting an appointment was automated and very easy. Exceptional customer service, our technician had to get a piece custom fabricated and repaired our garage door the same day. Now our garage door is super quiet and works like a charm. Thank you, will use again and highly recommend for all garage door/gate repairs.

Tammer did an excellent job servicing our garage door. He completed the job promptly on time and was extremely professional I would definitely use Tammer and Aaa again. Very pleased with the entire process.

I have used aaa for many projects from repair to new construction. Thier customer service is excellent. I had an issue and the owner spent over 30 min on FaceTime trying to help me. O, and their prices are reasonable.

Contacted AAA garage company to do an installation of a garage motor. I clearly said No Rush, they setup an appointment on a Saturday. Technician was 2 hours late, realized that one piece was broken and he couldn't do the work. He called his boss and during his phone conversation he actually put his hands up 'to shut up me twice" he asked me for $45.00 dollars because of his time and because the appointment was on a Saturday.

I said that I didn't requested the appointment for a Saturday and he changed his answer " the $ 45 dollars is not because of the Saturday, you need to pay for my time, I represent a company and I don't work for free. Extremely disrespectful person. After a second call from his boss he said "we are going to do the installation, I need to get the part and come back. After all the drama he performed the installation, good work. after all the situation I would never recommend to anyone.

Fast friendly and efficient, the guy was in and out in about an hour. Recommend to anyone needing a garage door installed.

My new garage door has completely change the look of my home. I just love the color I chose and the look of the door. The company was very easy to work with and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the installation, you would have never known they were even there. From my first phone call to Tammy to get a quote to replace my garage to having face to face contact with the owner to address any questions or concerns. Their price was not only the cheapest quote I received but their work including submitting documents to my association to pull permits and follow up by the owner to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product spoke volumes about this company. I highly recommend AAA Garage Door for your garage door repairs or replacements.

Great customer service. I called and had same-day service. The technician, Jason, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and also gave me a few tips on how to keep the door lubricated. He also installed new rollers quickly and I am very pleased with the The job that he did.

Great team. The scheduling, timeliness, customer service was great. The tech came to install a new smart garage door opener in home. After use the door was struggling a bit, party because I think its an older house, I emailed them during the weekend and they called right away and followed up the following business day. I solved my own problem with some lubricant on the track, but the fact they called and followed up is great. Highly recommend AAA Garage doors.

Made an appointment to get an evaluation of my garage door. After waiting an hour and half and three phone calls later I was told I would need to reschedule. First time I called I was told tech was on their way. Over an hour later I was told tech was still at a job. Will not be using there services.

AAA Garage door has been a wonderful experience from the kind and professional way in that my order was taken to the representative who came to do the work on the garage door. When the representative arrived he introduced himself and let me know that he could get me a quote for the problem shortly. With a very reasonable quote I asked him to do the job. before I knew it he had completed the job perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on this company for repairs needed a year ago; gave them a five-star then. Recently, my remote wasn't operating and I had a few other questions/concerned-- they arrived a half hour early for the scheduled window, did what I needed very quickly plus lubed the springs -- all for what I thought a reasonable price. I'll call on them again when/if needed.

Found this contractor on Best Picks and thought they would be great after reading their reviews but to my demise the MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I made 3 appointments that were confirmed and they never showed up. I gave one star because they did call and cancel the first appointment however I waited for 5 hours (2hr appointment window) for my second appointment.

No show no call. Two days later they called apologized and rescheduled. Same thing happened on 3rd appointment, waited over 5hrs and again no show no call. While I do understand that things do happen I think if you are not going to make an appointment or not show up I believe it would be common professional courtesy to call your customer and notify them.

Being a contractor myself I find this company's customer service and professionalism subpar at best. I would never recommend them. Good luck if you want to use them and God bless you if your experiences are any better, however in my line of work the way a company treats it customers is a reflection of how they do their work.

They were at my house by 10:30 am I called a bit earlier! Super fast. No "service call" fee. $65 to fix my problem. Will keep them in "contacts" for sure

AAA Garage Doors was wonderful to work with. The office assistant is incredibly responsive and helpful. The company came out the same day I called to request a quote with a reasonably priced estimate. The install was fast and they did a great job. Very happy we went with them -- I highly recommend!

Our garage door jammed and only raised about a foot. I called three places, including one less than a mile away, and two asked for me to text pictures of the door to tell me what was wrong! AAA called back, sent a technician out the next day and I hired them on the spot. Not only was Rey courteous and knowledgeable but they had the best price. Great service, very reasonable and efficient!

Price was expensive for what was required. They did their job, polite and same day service. Just super costly.

Was visiting mother in Florida they came out on a Sat. nite for an estimate replacement gar. door. Completed job that Monday. On time, perfection, professional very satisfied. Thanks AAA and Yelp for providing recommendations that were worth it.

AAA Garage Doors was awesome. I had been needing to replace our old wood door for a long time. After reading the great reviews, I requested a quote thru a Yelp online link. Within 15 minutes they called me, made and appointment for that afternoon, Gabe me several options and by Thursday I had a beautiful new insulated storm resistant Garage Door. Painless. These guys were pros from start to finish.

There's isn't enough stars to provide on this review. From the owner and the techs are just simply amazing and fast. Personally, even after hours they answers calls and attend to your concerns. If anyone is shopping for good quality service this is the company. Prices are reasonable but don't fool yourself on focusing on "cost" it's the quality of service and personal attention no matter what time.

They go beyond a call of duty. This is a company that is worth doing business and having them look after your garage door needs. Did I also say they also clean up after themselves, explain the programming, sweep, and also thank you for the opportunity to serve you? A true professional company! After all of the upgrades, new garage door opener and rollers. The door open and closes with not a single sound! WOW! Extremely satisfied customer and well worth the money invested.

The service leading up to the Purchase was good and friendly. No updates until the garage door arrived and they wanted to install. Job was done perfectly and good quality. I asked if I could settle the remaining 50% after I have inspected the work. AAA Representative insisted I pay immediately. Challenging to do the same day while I'm at work but made a plan. AAA Team came to fix the errors I received and even provided a complimentary new remote opener. I would recommend AAA Garage Doors.

The company set me up with an appt between 4-5 and I finally called them at 5:30 when no one showed up. I was told that the guy was help up somewhere else. I am very upset that a phone call was not made to me to let me know what happened. Not using their business!

These guys were great, Damian & Fabian arrived the same day I requested service (always good here in Miami), took care of my concerns, helped program some remotes for me, and were very helpful. Price was also right! Would def use these guys again! Thanks guys

I had very good experience from AAA Garage Door Inc. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience with them. Tammer was on time, he had the equipment needed for the job and was very professional.

After having bad experience with my door I called several " companies " and have been told to pay for an estimate :( AAA Garage Door didn't charge for an estimate, so I gave them a try, and I'm very happy with my new door.
