A-Tex Pools

This is our first year having an above the ground pool. We got a mustard algae problem that wasn't improving with anything. I found A-Tex pool store on line and decided to ask them for advice. Definitely, one of the best decisions I've made! Everyone in the store is knowledgeable and willing to help you. Joann, Richard and Nicholas thank you again for your time, knowledge and above standards customer service and caring.

I am more than pleased with the service and product prices at A Tex pools. Nick and Richard help me go from feeling defeated, with mustard algae in my baquacil pool, to my pool looking better than ever. Thanks to both of those guys expertise I did not have to possibly drain my pool and go with a chlorine pool. The only downside is that they are the only carrier of Baquacil products in all of San Antonio, and are 35 minutes away.

Even with that, they are always so kind and never try to up sale anything. Their product prices are the same or less then you need to find an Amazon. I highly recommend them for all aspects of your pool needs.

Went in today to ask some questions about their above ground pools and they were very busy. After a few minutes, Buddy helped me out and very patiently answered all of my questions. Haven't purchased yet, but even without my purchase th A-Tex team was very helpful.

After lot's of research we decided to get our pool from A-Tex. Glad we did. Customer service is outstanding! Brian explained the whole process to us and Richard answers all of our questions we have about maintaining the pool. We are so happy with the results. Pool was installed on time and the team who installed it was very courteous and did an amazing job! Thank you all for making my dream come true!

We've just had the Islandia 10x19' oval pool installed and we are just thrilled with the people and process from start to finish! Joanne was extremely helpful with information prior to our visiting the showroom and the customer service has been way above average since the installation. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. We're new to pool ownership and every time we've called with questions about chemicals or filter operation they've been answered thoroughly and I've been assured that if I have any other questions to call back any time.

We give ATex Pools a 5 star rating for their people, product and service and we'd like to add several +++'s behind that rating! This is a family owned operation and their pride in their products and services shows!

There is really not enough room to say all the great things about A-Tex Pools. We had been looking for quite a while for a pool over the years, and after talking to them numerous times, and always getting a straight, truthful answer, we finally decided on A-Tex. They did everything they promised, and their product (Calypso oval pool) is outstanding.

Even when we weren't sure if we were going to purchase their pool, they continued answering all of our questions. Family Leisure made false promises and tried to pull a bait and switch trick on us. A-Tex never lied or made false promises, and sell far more superior products than Family Leisure. A-Tex answered questions about building a deck, what covers to use, what chemicals, where to put the pool, and on and on. I can't express enough how really important it is to go with this company for your above-ground pool needs. You will be so glad you did!

We have wanted a above ground pool for a long time and felt so good after meeting with everyone at Atex about our yard dimensions, the kind of pool we wanted, the upgrades, we knew immediately we made the right choice. We have enjoyed out family time so much as we don't have too many weekends that are free. Our granddaughter especially, it makes us happy to see her having so much fun. I recommend them 100% Thank you ATEX family.

Family owned and operated and made in the USA! Need I say more? Lots of great things to say about these folks. I tend to research the heck outta things when it comes to spending a few dollars. I opened up a chat window on the A-Tex website, thinking some robot on the other end would redirect me, or not really answer my questions. Boy was I wrong! Joann answered ALL my questions and then some.

She told me all about the product lines, chemical packages, and so much more. No short answers with this lady! and NOTHING made in China! Joann tells me to ask for Brian when you go into the store to place your order, he'll take care of you. And that he did! A great experience ALL around, no pressure to spend more on upgrades here and there, just what we needed to complete the entire package.

The first words from Brian when I told him Joann sent us, "Oh she's a little long winded isn't she". Let me tell you, if you go into the store to speak with Brian, give yourself ample time, he's a talker! Great things to say about Richard! the chemical guy, our private chemical class based on the system we choose. He made it seem so easy, and it really is.

My electrician located the power just short of the pumps cord length, and Richard gave me a longer cord no charge. I guess I'm long winded too! These folks really have all the answers when it comes to pools and spas! Just ask for Joann, Brian and/or Richard, but don't be in a hurry! Blessings to you All, and now I'm late for work.

Bought my pool from them a few years ago. Now I need a new liner. Called them for 6 months for a new liner and they didn't have it in stock. To this days they still don't have it in stock. I had to purchase the liner from Family Leisure who was the ONLY pool company that had my liner. I call A-Tex back To have them install it and they refused. Because I didn't purchase the liner from them which they don't have in stock. And have no idea when they're gonna get one in stock. I feel as if they left me hanging. Now I have the liner and Noone to install it. Thanks for nothing A-Tex!

Very happy with our purchase and the buying process. They spent the time to sit down and discuss all our options, talked through yard spacing questions and what would need to be done to prep the yard. Installation was quick and seamless, and support after install has been great (and trust me, as rookie pool owners, we have had tons of questions!) Thanks again!

I had a great experience with A-tex pools. They were very professional and their workmanship is superb. If you are looking for anything in the way of billiards, I would highly recommend giving them a shout.

Have been going to A-Tex Pools since they installed our pool in 1989. We have had positive experiences with Jake and his staff on every visit and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an above ground pool, pool supplies or pool tables.

Have used A-Tex pools since they installed our swimming pool 30 years ago. The people there are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always fun to talk to. Have price comparison shopped and they are always able to beat everyone else in town.
