Hi, Boris just left after replacing the door seal gasket on our front-loading clothes washer. My wife and I really appreciated his professionalism and he gave us lots of maintenance tips to help us prolong the life of our machine. Also, while Boris was working on our machine he was doing his best to support another customer over the phone.
