I have a big gripe with Central Fence and Gates. We recently hired them to install an electric gate and iron fence at our home. We made the mistake of paying them in full before they had completed the final electrical work. The installer said to give him a call when we had the plug installed and that was 3 weeks ago. The installer told us he'd be out on 3 different occasions to finish and did not show or call any of these times.
The owner, Brandon Welch, is not answering calls or texts and his voice mailbox is full both at the work number and his cell number. The installer is not returning our calls or texts either. I just wanted to warn y'all NOT to use Central Fence and Gates because they are unprofessional, unreliable and only care about your money.

Very rude and show up unannounced and just help themselves to your property. The "owner" has a serious attitude. The fence is shoddy and some boards aren't even nailed on. There's nails sticking out of the top of boards. My yard was covered in trash and cigarette butts. They left old fence posts they dug up and i paid to have it all hauled off. They dumped quick mix in my driveway and it rained that day. Now there's a bump in my driveway. You can't open the gate because it drags the ground. There's no handle on the gate and you can only unlatch it from one side. It's garbage.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness The fence is very nice and it looks great. however I was never given a written estimate for my share with the neighbor. There was quite a bit of unpleasantry and miss-communication when the job was completed. Service: Wood fence installation

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen! I emailed for a quote they responded in two days. Once he called we scheduled a time to meet. He asked if we could meet on my lunch break. Well fast forward, we were suppose to meet today. It is very inconsiderate of him to schedule and NOT SHOW UP and didn't call. If this is how he runs a business he will not got mine!

I called to get a quote. 2 days later was told someone would come at 11am the next day. Changed plans to be home. No show. Called and left message. No answer til 4pm! Must not need peoples business. Very poor customer service

Had iron fence installed last week. Guys were on time and did a clean quality job. I felt like I needed write a good review bc I've had so many bad experiences with work being done at my home that I wanted to say something positive about a company does exactly what I expect of them.
