I selected Lake Washington because of its reputation for professional and responsible service. The price was consistent with other window companies. The crew was courteous and considerate. Eight windows were in installed in a day and a half. Some damage was done to the exterior wrapping around one window. The head of the crew did not blow this off. He acknowledge the damage and assured me I there would be follow-up. I only did not give five stars because I am waiting for resolution of that issue.

We went with 'Lake Washington Windows and Doors' because of a friends recommendation. The first appointment was with Kay who stopped by and talked about window and door options. She put my wife and I at ease with our many questions. We talked about the door I had in mind and we made changes to the hardware. The next appointment was with Somsi who measured precisely for the new door and windows and told me what we areas needed to be cleared to give the workers room.

And when the windows and door arrived and an appointment was made the crew came out to install. We are very happy with our decision. The Milgard Ultra Series C650 fiberglass windows are beautiful, solid and open easily. We replaced two sliding patio doors that slide along nicely and can unlock with a house key. Our bathroom windows and Provia front door have matching waterfall privacy glass. Our backyard borders a school playground. When the windows are shut we no longer hear the kids playing.

We wanted to go with Milgard brand windows as it's a local manufacturer here in Tacoma. Lake Washington Windows & Doors (LWWD) was one of their most decorated installers. The quote we received for replacing all 20 windows and a sliding glass door in our 100 year old home was the most reasonable out of all the major brands. Due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, the custom windows took 10 months to completely arrive, but LWWD was communicative and kept us updated on progress. The quality and installation where all top notch and the install crew was great. I'd confidently recommend LWWD to others.

Excellent experience from sales to installation. Their salesperson, James, was honest and respectful of our time and didn't try to push unnecessary product for more money. Furthermore, their quote was significantly lower than their competitors'. Their installers, Josue, Jerel and Erik, arrived on-time, communicated clearly with us, did great work and did it quickly. They were in and out same day with the installation. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of new windows and/or doors.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors have installed 10 windows in my home. I used them to install 5 windows the first time and the balance the second time. I knew the configurations I wanted and chose a few fiberglass windows with bronze interior and exterior. I chose white vinyl interior and bronze exterior on the balance. I love my Milgard Windows. The service I received both times was exemplary. I had my quotes quickly and both times the installation was phenomenal.

Both times the trim was delivered in advance of installation so I could paint the trim. I have recommended my sales rep to another friend and I know they will be as happy with their product and service as I was.

We were looking to replace our 30-year-old windows as we had fogging and moisture between the panes in certain windows. Dave Judge was our contact. After Dave heard our issues and examined the windows closely, he said the window glass had failed but the frames were still in good shape. He recommended we just replace the glass instead of the windows and recommended a couple of places nearby. He also recommended upgrading the glass to help with heat from the sun.
