I had the pleasure of being serviced by Alex on two occasions. He was the most kind hearted locksmith I had ever had. My mother has dementia and I had to get a twist lock installed the first time and he corrected a batch job on a storm dorm. I had to call him again because she was breaking in my room again so I installed a deadbolt. He was personable, fast, and the epitome of customer service. Kudos for hiring him!

Locked myself out of car that had my keys and phone in it while at a car wash. A gentleman had came and helped me real fast and from start to finish it took 2 minutes and he was real nice! Cheaper than the other place that helped me open my car door (I'm a pro at this)
