John Wolski began his landscaping career in 1982 with a pickup truck and three mowers. At that time, a one room office and seven acres of land in Cumberland, Indiana functioned as Ski Landscape Corporation's World Headquarters. In 1984, Philip Wolski joined his brother and together they expanded the business to create a comprehensive landscape company offering landscape design, installation, and maintenance services.

Over the last 30 years, more services have been added: subsurface drainage, erosion control, snow removal, and the manufacturing of specialty landscape equipment. As the business grew, so did the need for a larger facility.
