Tremendous experience, brought a safe sentry brand circa 2008. Battery pack had gone out on the keypad and we didn't know the combination and lost the key. They were able to work quickly to get this open and give us options. I thought the rate they charged was rather fair when compared to others. I would recommend.

Miscommunication between my child and I and we ended up locked out of the house. Called Grott Locksmith after hours and spoke with Gary who came right over and got me back in. Would highly recommend Gary and Grott Locksmith.

We needed a padlock cut from our mobile storage unit (lost key). Gary was our tech & 'power' person. Professional & pleasant! Have used different Grott services in the past & Gary's help reinforces the importance & value of choosing Grott Locksmiths. Thx again! Service: Building lockout

Get in, talk to the guy, got a key duplicated, $3 dollar charge but a $5 minimum on a card. Go home, use the key and it works, 30 minutes round trip. Faster than the hardware store, better service than a machine, a business I can trust and call if anything more serious happens.
