Established in 1994, Southern Scapes is a full service landscape company servicing Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. Our staff of skilled personnel serves apartment communities, homeowner associations, local banking facilities and other commercial properties. Southern Scapes services include Landscape Design and Installation, Landscape Maintenance, Irrigation Maintenance, Site Plan Evaluation and Mulch Blowing services.

We believe these services will provide our clients with one-stop-shopping and less hassle. Though a team effort, Southern Scapes was instrumental in positioning the following clients as South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) Rainbow Award recipients: The Vinings at Boynton Beach received the 1999 Rainbow Award for Apartment Community of the Year.

Our irrigation department works closely with the landscape installation division to be available if any issues were to arise. Irrigation also works hand in hand with the maintenance division to make sure all properties are properly irrigated and the systems are maintained.

Fertilization

Fertilization is the process of applying a large number of natural and synthetic materials, including manure and nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium compounds, spread on or worked into soil to increase its capacity to support plant growth. Plants require 16 nutrients, and Florida's soil does not supply everything for plants to thrive.
