Services
Vinyl
Report
Unlike traditional vinyl flooring, Luxury Vinyl Tiles, or LVT, offers a photorealistic imaging layer that enable it to imitate the look of traditional stone or wood flooring, AND LVT is available in long, narrow plank formats, such as 7 x 48 that helps eliminate seams and further mimic traditional wood floors.
Engineered
Report
Today's handscraped hardwood flooring is designed to resemble the look of an older floor made by hand, showing wear natural kind of wear, but still keeps the modern finish which protects the floor. The handscraped look does a GREAT job at naturally hiding any minor blemishes which may occur in the future, a minor scrape, or a dent from something being dropped.
Carpet
Report
A carpet is a textile floor covering consisting of an upper layer of pile attached to a backing. The pile is generally either made from wool or fibers such as polypropylene, nylon or polyester and usually consists of twisted tufts which are often heat-treated to maintain their structure.
Laminate
Report
Many people assume all laminates are equal, but they aren't. Far from it, actually. As the customer, you are in control when it comes to color and design, but what about quality? Quality ranges from acceptable to totally unacceptable. Knowing more about laminates will assure you of long-term satisfaction with your choices.
Sanding
Report
Floor sanding is the process of removing the top surfaces of a wooden floor by sanding with abrasive materials. A variety of floor materials can be sanded, including timber, cork, particleboard, and sometimes parquet. Some floors are laid and designed for sanding. Many old floors are sanded after the previous coverings are removed and suitable wood is found hidden beneath.
