Since Bellringer was acquired by Briscoe, terrible. Especially when it's needed. A faulty fire detector triggered fire dept dispatch - good, but downhill from there. Central Monitoring was rude and useless in providing information off hours. No response from message for a service call, and when I spoke to a live person, they couldn't get me a call back - and hung up on me. Add to that, while they will pause for up to 3 days a call to fire dispatch, I get to live with the alarm going off with no idea when I can get a service appt. Switching to a locally owned company that cares about the community they serve.

Im not one to typically write reviews, but credits are due. The technician showed up on time, waited for me while I was finishing something, analyzed our security system carefully. Nothing was wrong with the system but this was a courtesy check after the 3g radio sunset. This is what I call security. Proactive and thorough. I see your trucks everywhere and wish you all the best.

I am very pleased with the installation and system efficiency of my Alarm System.
