Probably a decent business but can someone PLEASE tell that hunchback lady in their commercials SHE NEEDS TO MOVE HER ARMS! I see them every day and it looks so weird. Whoever is coaching you to stand sideways, slightly hunch, and stand still is a saboteur. Move your arms!

We had Kelly's repair our carpet that they installed a while back. They were fast, did a great job, and it was a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

I had never been there before but went to pick out new carpet for downstairs. I didnt realize how big of a building it was. The carpet selections I looked at were amazing and Stewart was very helpful. I will go there again.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Poor communication, constant delays. Would never recommend them. I appreciate the supply chain isn't good right now but we had to chase them down for any update, timelines were wrong and we had to ask them repeatedly for scheduling. Not proactive, not organized. Service: Install flooring

Went in to pick up an order. It was ready & they got me in & out in no time. People there were very friendly & helpful. You can see why they've grown as much as they have when you're out there.

Fantastic company with awesome people to work with! Theresa from the showroom answered all our questions, listened to our thoughts and spent a lot of time showing us products for hardwoods and carpeting. She was awesome! Installation scheduling was very smooth and installers came on time. The installation team was extremely professional, explained everything and answered questions. They were very pleasant and very skilled. They were awesome to work with! I give my highest recommendation for Kelly's! My wife and I are very happy and satisfied! We will definitely do business there again!
