Contacted them a week ago, all I have gotten was lip service. I was informed they have installers in the area. Yet not one of them made it to take measurements or assist me with repairs needed!

Good luck getting them to come out to even quote the work. I had to call 4 times after they told me someone would come out to get a quote before I gave up. Then because I was desperate, I called back a few months later, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and finally got someone scheduled to get measurements for a few showers. I had to call back repeatedly over the next week and a half to get them to even give me a quote, after they told me it would only take a day. Giving two stars as a representation of their customer service.

I worked with Arcadia Glass for the first time in 2012. They have always done a great job, and I love the feeling of working with a local business. A wonderful second-generation glass business focused on the customer, not the dollar. I would recommend them for any glass needs.

Fantastic company! Ordered two specialty pieces cut to size for windows in my shed. They had them ready in two days! The price was more than fair. Best company, by far, that I have done business with this year!
